That applies to so few women that it can’t be called “female privilege”. Maybe “super hot privilege”.

If they do, I never met any of them. Every woman I’ve dated has preferred to split bills or alternate who pays for dates, including my wife.

I’ve wondered the same thing. I’ve never dated a woman who expected me to spend more on her than she does on me.

I mean… I’d start there? You don’t want to end up in the “gf/wife is your sole social support system” thing, that doesn’t work well.

Aiiiiight. Best of luck out there, I’m just gonna be chilling with my wife.

Y’all wild. Do ya thing, I won’t hold you. I’ll just be with my wife lol.

Do what, again? I’m not shaming anybody, we just apparently live on different planets.

K Anyway, how’s the love life?

I mean, we literally met 2 years ago and just got married, so it’s p much the exact same world as today. I’ve had success on the apps, too, but not to the same degree (only one wife, ya know?). Anyway, point being, you don’t need a huge pool when you only need one good bite. The high-volume approach is evidently not going too well, given the whole existence of this subreddit.

He proudly declared, mysteriously unmoored from the burden of proof. Can you back any of that up? I’m on the cusp of Millennial and Gen Z and I haven’t observed any of this. It seems like sour grapes from this guy’s perspective. I’m curious which gender roles you think I’m still beholden to as a man, though. Haven’t noticed any of those, either.

He set it up as though you will certainly get no play in the west and certainly will in Asia, which is both an impossible-to-falsify hypothetical and also pretty damn stupid.

That’s both nonsense and totally useless if you’re not white lol

I mean, yes. Building confidence is a prerequisite for most earned success in life. Rejecting that out of hand is a surefire way to maker sure you never get there.

Wouldn’t the best approach be to just have friends who also have friends and meet women that way? It worked for me. Seems more efficient than apps or cold approaches.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/24 08:58 PM

You’re making a whole lot of assumptions. And you know what they say about assuming.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/24 08:57 PM

…do they, though? Do they really? I don’t see it happening in the real world at all.

Women are flirting with communism? Come on, now. That’s just another example of extrapolating a few online comments or videos into a problem with women. Next thing you’ll tell me Kamala Harris is a communist, lmao.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/24 08:55 PM

Comparing two neighborhoods for the rich and famous to one of the world’s most populous and diverse cities sure is one hell of a concept. Doesn’t make sense, but ok. There’s no place in America that serves as a perfect microcosm for the entire country, but NYC is closer than most. But I also didn’t see the person you originally replied to saying that.

Catastrophizing. You won’t be killed by a negative social interaction.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/24 08:35 PM

Last I checked, New York is as real a place as anywhere else.

If you’re operating from the assumption that women exclusively or even primarily date “up”, sure. I don’t know how you could hold such an assumption and also go outside and see all the ugly to average guys walking around with dimes, but that’s just me.

Objectively false. Wouldn’t expect a black piller to have any real experience with uhhh reality but needs to be said.

They’re never going to meet the shy winner because he’s too shy. I’d also add that the women who are dating drug addicted losers are not the women you want. Trust me, daddy.

Having a car has been a deal breaker I’ve seen many times… for men and women.

The obvious answer is social skills. Being an educated high-earner doesn’t mean you know how to flirt.

And who decides that? You? Men as a whole?

That pill ain’t looking too purple lol. Average dudes can get it in. If I could do it, anybody can.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/23 04:51 PM

Your call, man. Maybe start small by talking to people in your class and see if they want to study with you. Crucially, don’t ask those folks out unless it’s super flirty. Building a friend group is more important at that age.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/23 04:16 AM

Just with random people you met for the first time on the street and then asked out? Never did it. I met plenty of people at parties, though. (I wasn’t having tons of success dating back then tho. Mostly came senior year and onward.)
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/23 03:35 AM

Wouldn’t know, I never really did that. Meeting women through friends, interest groups like college clubs or online was my game before I got engaged.

You’re discovering the fact that men and our tastes are very diverse. Stop trying to fit people into stereotypes and look around you — who are the real men you meet actually involved with? There’s no reason to give a shit who some rich chode on the internet is dating or why. I seriously doubt most trad men are going after IG models. Nor are the men who idolize trad women even the norm. It’s all internet smoke and mirrors.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/23 10:47 PM

That’s not been my experience, but I hope your worldview brings you as much happiness as mine has. In my experience, women tend to be involved with men who are roughly their equals.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/23 10:40 PM

We’ve all been single before. Often for quite some time. It’s extremely easy to not settle for a long term relationship with someone you aren’t attracted to and don’t really like.

I never considered myself a “bad boy” even though I’ve been arrested, done drugs, etc. It’s interesting to hear that.

Safe risks are what makes you cool, yeah. Whether that’s doing a little yayo or wearing bold clothes that others might not. Being willing to stand out.

Behaving in a romantic manner is communication. Not all communication is verbal.

It’s really not that. Drop the victim blaming bullshit and acknowledge the fact that bad people can successfully pretend to be good people. Nobody would date a man they knew would beat them.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/23 07:32 PM

That is true. I think that’s just how age groups work, though. People tend to date people their own age.

As a pretty average man myself, I could go on 1-2 dates or encounters a month back when I was single.

The whole notion of a high value man is so stupid that it’s not even worth addressing. Take your typical office environment. Who is high value there? The older boss who has more money but less potential and time left on Earth, or the young up-and-comer who has less money but will eventually be the boss? Or is it both? Real, normal people simply don’t think this way. People of true value don’t think this way. People capable of love don’t think this way.

That seems obviously nonsensical to me. Some people have an underdeveloped sense for toxic people, be they men or women. But many people are more perceptive than that. If I, as a man, can avoid an attractive yet toxic woman, why couldn’t a woman do the same thing? Your pill is redder than you’re letting on.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
