I’m sure it seems this way, and the way this is stated seems to hide a different message that says, “I am just a meltdown or burnout waiting to happen “. 2	Seek and destroy. The last part about counseling is required, and so is meditation, as part of the divorce process. The children in between class is also required. Counseling didn’t help (nothing will when only one party is willing to own up to their contribution to the problems in the relationship). The mediation, well, I have not experienced it yet.
