I wouldn’t say it’s your job to work out whether she likes or loves you yet, you’re not even in a relationship. I would stop all the guessing games and self doubt, make her your girlfriend first and see where that takes you

I’m almost certain she has a crush on you from the description. If you want to be something more than friends just ask her out, otherwise you will both keep thinking about this. If she says no, you can say ‘i feel like i’ve made this awkward now and don’t want to ruin our friendship’ or something like that and she’ll probably remain friends with you. Nothings lost and there’s a lot to gain

Yea say it, strength is honest and direct communication, not pussyfooting around a subject because you might appear a certain way. You’re overanalysing the situation, she won’t think of you any less, if anything she’ll open up more, if she doesn’t like it she’s not worth your time

embrace the horndog a little, it’s not a bad thing - being in touch with your sexual side will make you more attractive and generate a natural desire to initiate. Women are horn-dogs at 19 too, just gotta escalate gradually so she feels comfortable with you, never repress your desires they’re completely normal (obviously if it’s legal).

Maybe from viewing 8-10/10 adult content you have programmed that into your mind that this is the norm? A form of desensitisation. Maybe by abstaining from it all together and reintroducing other forms of content after a long period will help reboot. You can also definitely work on yourself beyond a 2/3, most women seek things like security, personality and humour over looks which can all be developed, so the combination of these two things could help you settle in the middle ground with a 5 or …

People of around equal perceived attractiveness are a lot more likely to be in relationships for many reasons, one big reason is insecurity of the ‘less’ attractive person or the ‘more’ attractive person thinking they can do better. So your options will not widen significantly even if you dated unconventional women. As with the sexual rewiring thing, think the best bet is to explore some Pxrn related to the type of women you want to find more attractive. This could in turn improve a womans self …

So to eliminate social pressure, focus on the music, your breath, smell of your cologne or any sensation, this will bring you into the present moment making you more aware and quiet down any persistent thought patterns that hinder you from being yourself. Next i would repeat certain things in your mind such as ‘i’ll do whatever i want’. This will help lower inhibitions similar to being drunk Also try to move and talk slowly, this will give you a sense of calm and confidence that will make you na…

I wouldn’t seduce someone if they are in a committed relationship, it’s putting your needs above everyone else and it’s selfish, you can and should get over him. If it’s a FWB or open relationship he’s in, just talk to him, smile, wear something sexy, find excuses to touch him, good eye contact, if you’re alone maybe rest your leg on his etc. He’ll be all over you

Fair enough, i thought they were back in fashion now so bought a few - not shorts, pants. What would you recommend i get? Something tighter?

This blew my mind man thank you for sharing your wisdom, where i live (UK) people tend to be quite reclusive to any social interactions with strangers, i’ve kind of used this as an excuse not to approach random people because literally no one does it, but this in itself could be the hidden gem - no one else is doing it, so my chances to build relationships are much higher. Think i am a lot more likely to approach from what you have taught me and not to be ashamed of how i feel, because chances a…

I am actually kinda tempted. Would have to be a case of finding the right one though, how do people usually go about it these days?

You’re right there, I’m very easy going and not ‘hunting’ for the experience, but whenever I get a glimpse of a possibility i.e minor flirting i get way too ahead of myself and think i sometimes come off as a bit needy. I’ll try and take it easy and let whatever happens, happen. Not a big fan of the PRO idea but maybe if she was hot enough, wouldn’t even know how to go about it though, not many in my area

Really appreciate you taking time to log in and respond it has helped a lot. And yea i do tend to overthink it, especially with the mens culture of valuing self worth based on how many girls someone’s been with and general Fomo/fearing what girls think of me. In a way being a virgin has been a blessing in disguise because i have always wanted to better myself in order to get a girl, not sure if i would have started working out and being as career focused if i already had what i wanted. Thanks ag…

100% man, and yea I wouldn’t change who i am at my core for any woman that would be kinda obsessive and girls can read that. It’s a reality we all have to accept

this is great advice, i feel like many of us put some kind of moral judgement on how we feel but it is this exact thing that stops us from just ‘flowing’ with experiences and being ourselves.

Yes girls have approached me, funny you should mention voice: i’ve been grabbed and grinded on in a club by a solid 9/10, we made out, As soon as I spoke and asked for a number she says ‘ok’ but i could see the attraction was completely lost when i asked her, she eventually just left without saying anything. I am quite well spoken and I think girls like more rugged bad boy voice for one night stands etc i guess finding people to hang out with who have the voice i want will help me to sound less …

I do two things - one is a support worker for adults with learning disabilities the other is a plumber, and don’t worry i’m an open book, why did you want to know?

Yes everything is in order, just not my dating life. I’ll try approach women i usually wouldn’t like strangers etc to get some exposure therapy, thanks for the advice.

I dropped porn and tried semen retention, lasted about 7-8 months, it was one of the hardest things i’ve ever done. Now i’ve kind of relapsed and got back into old habits - but watch it a lot less than i used to. I really need to take this advice and realise how important it is thank you for bringing it up and i’ll check him out!

Yea i see your point here, it is a little vague. I’ve never read a book on these topics - have read a few self development books like Flow and Power of Now which could be classed as inner game. I do calisthenics and use resistance bands out of laziness but have a decent physique and im prettty consistent - could use some bulking though. Not sure about body fat but i would say around 12-13%. Usually wear cargos with a plain white/grey/black T shirt - doesn’t stand out but is clean and simple, can…

This made me feel much better thank you. I guess putting urgency on this will only negatively effect quality of life and ruin the magic when it does happen, i’ll focus on other great things life has to offer and on myself as you mentioned. Think i will move out near a beach somewhere, lifes too short!:)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
