-12	Empty cinemas in Ghostbusters opening week. Constantly attacking your audience with vile insults doesn't seem to be a profitable strategy after all Some of it is mysogyny. I hate it for the same reason I hate the new Star Trek movies. If they would have made a Ghostbusters 3 with some or even all female leads, I'd be all for it. 1	Ghostbusters reboot cast declare movies critics to be only men, have empty lives (tired old "losers" schtick), hate it because "women" and "only men can fight imaginary ghosts", that they live with their mother and are 45 years old If this was a sequel starring four women, I would have loved it. 3	Cops: Boy dies after being denied water- woman was given 85 years in jail and man given 20, due to woman's prior offences and the man only being an accomplice. Finally a reversal of the typical sentencing gap! "Finally a reversal of the typical sentencing gap!" What? Are you intimating it's a good thing if a woman would be sentenced harsher based on her sex? That's just backwards wrong. 3	Whoopi Goldberg on The View: "Women have this idea that you can hit and punch on a man and you will get away with it, these days are gone" When I lived in Toronto, there were signs on public transit that said spitting on an employee was assault. I hope that's true for the whole country (anybody spitting on anybody), but I don't know.
