| – | Are average guys really “struggling”?And how often do you actively go out and befriend men who are struggling. It's called bias. You dont know them because you are not looking for them | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/07/23 05:28 AM |
Unless You’re Content with Mediocrity: Dating When You Aren’t The Best Version Of Yourself Is Mostly A Waste of TimeMost men, and that definitely includes you, are mediocre. Why are you giving dating advice if you're just mediocre? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/06/23 06:30 AM
We need to give mothers a WAY better dealIt seems to be working. Did it though? https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SP.DYN.TFRT.IN?locations=HU&start=2000 fertility rate went up maybe ~20% and then flatlined already the last few years. It could be due to COVID-19 though. Note that the rate is still below replacement level. These policies of monetary bonuses always have very quick diminishing returns. We will see. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/06/23 03:06 PM
Daily Community Chat MegathreadI sort of realized this subreddit isn't really a debate sub. When you read enough threads here, you soon see that only one viewpoint is allowed. That viewpoint is that men are not entitled to sex and relationships. If you're not seeing success in those areas, it's your own fault and you should work on making yourself more attractive. Any attempt to argue a different view is shut down as misogyny or entitlement. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/22 10:09 AM
The same way we are slowly starting to change the expectation of young people and home ownership, should and will the expectations of the average man to find a relationship and have kids be tempered and brought up to date with modern realities?Yes we can blame them for being in the wrong social circle and not that something has changed. They are all employed, stay out of trouble, and good people as far as I can tell. This is why I don't put too much faith on the stats I read here. I think the real truth is probably things aren't as bad as I can see and it isn't as good as PPD claims it is. 🤷 shrugs | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/11/22 12:07 AM
The same way we are slowly starting to change the expectation of young people and home ownership, should and will the expectations of the average man to find a relationship and have kids be tempered and brought up to date with modern realities? Most people will eventually find a partner. Will they? Which one of our circles is closer to reality? That's what I'm not sure about. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/11/22 07:26 PM
The same way we are slowly starting to change the expectation of young people and home ownership, should and will the expectations of the average man to find a relationship and have kids be tempered and brought up to date with modern realities?Marriage and birth rates are decreasing, but nowhere at a rate nowhere near as catastrophic as to suggest the majority of either men or women won't get married or have children if they want. It's hard for me to reconcile the surveys or census data that I read about here with what I am seeing in my own reality. I look at the around 30 guys I know who are all in their mid 30s to 40s and half are not married and have no kids not for lack of trying. I know they are interested. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/11/22 06:07 PM
Does the average guy really not get casual sex?Don't believe any of the comments here. Nobody knows the entire sex life of another person. The only way to know accurately is through surveys and those definitely show a trend of declining sex among young men. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/06/22 04:08 AM
Men and Women. Do you too notice that dating advice on internet makes men think women hate them for nothing? Why is everything so extreme with you? Jesus. 99% of dedicated bodybuilders who say they have a rigid diet actually incorporate cheat days (like once every week or two). They don't actually only eat chicken, steamed veggies, and protein shakes day after day. You two can still go out, date, and try different foods with no issues albeit it has to be on the cheat days. But most couples with a career and time consuming hobbies (like bodybuilding) don't have much time to date anyway so it works out f… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/02/22 04:30 PM
My slightly different take on the typical rise in sexlessness postI think I saw that post. I really don't think any data points from a single year mean much. What matters is the general trend and it's is clearly on the rise to me. I actually think the trend will accelerate. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/11/21 07:20 AM
