Worth noting that on iPhone you can change your settings to have your phone dim and not emit as much blue light at a certain time. I set mine for 2 hours before bed and it seems to help.

What if you want 6 kids but are also cognizant of the fact that 3rd wave feminism and cultural Marxism has absolutely destroyed 90%+ of women in your age group? If you don't have the highest of standards for the potential mother of your children what are you even doing?

It's these kinds of comments that make me think 90% of guys here have bad or no relationship with their mothers. Mom wanting you to eat more and be plump is perfectly normal especially in certain cultural backgrounds.

What difference does it make if he is BSing? Is it really impacting anybody here? You should lift regardless. To me all the people calling Bs just sound like they're jealous because they don't lift.

1) Depends on where you're starting. A 150lbs guy putting on 20lbs of muscle will get noticed. A 400lbs guy dropping to 300 probably won't. 2) Depends how hard and how often you lift. Lift 2 hours a day 5 days a week vs. 1 hour 3 days a week etc. Could be bullshit. But nothing really jumps out at me saying that it is. And I don't really care either way. I'm lifting for myself regardless and so should all of you.

I have absolutely 0 interest in raising another man's children.
