Would you let someone ride in your car while they talk shit about you, your passengers, your driving ability, and your car? Are you being an Orwellian bully for kicking them out of the car? This is nowhere near Orwellian and people look weak pretending it is. They are a private company just like Parler, 4Chan and all of the other sites who decide how much or how little to censor what users put on their platform.

What does this have to do with men's rights? Defending men's rights does not mean covering ears yelling "lalala" when hearing about patriarchy. Clinton lost because she was a bad choice. But unless you're going to argue that women could run for president even when they weren't allowed to vote or run for any office, and even when they got voting rights and were able to run for office, social standards kept people from voting for them even if they were the better candidate in favor of a man... tha…

It's important to ask so you don't start off making up your own definition. Have a mutual definition to begin the debate, and changing definitions and strawmen won't be an issue.

Queue decades of room full of mediocre men sitting in an office believing they were the only ones qualified for the job. For decades women and Minorities had to be the best of the best to get the same job majority groups could accidentally get while being mediocre. Don't worry, the industry is still dominated by the same group, it just now other people are getting more equitable opportunities.

Single, windowed, or divorced women were not allowed to get a loan on thier own. It did not matter how much they met, or beat, the requirements of the loan. They had to have a man co-sign with them. It is literally that simple.

A lot of things can be bizarre when you're dedicated to not knowing wtf you're talking about.

That one situation does not describe, prove nor disprove anything I've said. Even without that certificate your dad would've qualified for more jobs with higher pay than his sister.

Yes, simple minded as fuck. "In the past, there were more men at college(and graduates) than women" You sugar-coated the fuck out of the fact that the woken weren't fuckin allowed to go, or some man in their life(father/husband) made the decision for them. And majority of the time, even then they were going to colleges specifically meant for women. As far as the "needing a man to sign" you don't have to have seen my neighbor's specific contract, you had plenty of time to fucking Google and you w…

At this point I just have to assume you're trolling to take this long with being dedicated to the most simple-minded, revisionist possible attempt to defend the hill you're dying on.

The fact you even tried to bring up credit rules shows how dedicated you are to either not knowing what you're talking about or avoiding being wrong. Any other excuse or rationalization you have is invalid in the face of the fact that she qualified for the loan and the bank was willing to give her the loan, but only on the condition that a man sign the paperwork for her or with her. It does not matter if you try to minimalize it to "maybe it was just that bank' or "other women were able to get a…

It may or not be hard for you to understand... you seem to be arguing from a position of needing life to be in binary terms.... but patriarchal issues being a real thing does not mean every person claiming something is a patriarchal issue is right, just like every person claiming something is not patriarchal is not right. There are both valid and invalid claims for and against feminism. There are valid and invalid complaints for and against feminism.

You say "patriarchy theory" in quotes as if it wasn't a real issue. Just an example... my next door neighbor said when she tried to buy her house in the 70s the bank wouldn't approve the loan unless she had a man to sign with/for her. Not just a co-signer. A man. It was a rule that the bank could legally create at the time. Those types of rules werent outlawed until 1988. She made more money than her boyfriend at the time and married him so he could sign a mortgage with her. Tell me that's not p…

That's the unfortunate way of people. Looking for echo chambers and circle jerks for validation of their Dunning-Krueger.

It's not an it shows you don't really understand the reason behind it in the first place. It was literally meant for women to have the same rights and ability to exercise those rights as men. Anything extra or antiman is not natively feminist, though there will obviously be: 1) extremists who take everything to the extreme and use feminism as a platform to be anti-man, misandrists. 2) Men who pretend to be oppressed by feminists 3) Men who have a legit problem

So in the context of this theory... soldiers, cops, first responders, gangsters, prison inmates, etc who have PTSD are just "too soft" and need to toughen up?

That's what's so dangerous about anti-intellectualism. People take a modicum of truth here, an anecdotal instance of corruption there, and then distort the situation into an unrecognizable mess. Making people who suffer from dunning-krueger not only feel better about their ignorance, but encouraging them to aggressively defend it.

Didn't know stating a fact was considered "crying". It's odd -but not surprising - that you can only conceptualize what I said in terms of "blame" & "crying". Life is more complex than that lol.

That's called freedom. Freedom is not supposed to be under the condition of assimilating so that other people accept you. Neither is your success supposed to be hinged on how assimilated you are. That's called discrimination. If a society discriminates, the problem is with that society, not the person being discriminated against.

In a time long ago... Europeans promoted the idea that everything European was good, and everything else was bad, unless it was being exploited as "exotic". It never changed.

Alpha/Bad Boys = fun/short term Beta/Good Boys = secure/long term "When asked about what kind of father the sexy bad boy would make if he were to have children with another woman, women were quick to point out the bad boy's shortcomings," said Durante. 'But when it came to their own child, ovulating women believed that the charismatic and adventurous cad would be a great father to their kids.'" https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/head-games/201310/why-do-women-fall-bad-boys

People like the idea that FB is targetting them better than the reality that some other user reported them.

Depends on what your definition of "chasing dick" is. I left out the content of our conversations in between dates to keep the post from being longer than what it was. But tl:dr, sex was already being discussed after date 2, only thing that wasn't brought up was when - we hadn't seen eachother since date 2 and date 3 didnt happen so there wasn't an opportunity to escalate up to that. Date 3 will probably be pushed back another week or so since I'll be out of town this week. After that i'll go fo…

That's what threw me off since most women usually go ghost if theyre going to flake. As opposed to rescheduling and following through with it. Also, the purpose of checking on her is to help me plan my night. I could be taking my kids to the babysitter and find something the to do with someone else, or I could be putting them down for the night. But I see that a side affect of that is it's giving her the chance to back out.
