| 0 | Based russia.She was not distributing. It was medically prescribed. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 12:12 PM |
| 2 | Based russia.Again, NOT saying she shouldn't be punished. I'm saying the punishment doesn't fit the crime. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 12:12 PM |
| -1 | Based russia.Again, not saying she's innocent, I'm saying she's being punished to a degree I don't morally think is right. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 11:26 AM |
| -5 | Based russia.Just because that's the way it is, doesn't mean that's the way it should be. That's the entire point of my comments. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 11:22 AM |
| -11 | Based russia.That's a misleading statement, it depends what you bring over. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 11:21 AM |
| -26 | Based russia. That still is no reason for a 9 year sentence. If a certain fruit is illegal and I take it across the border, it's still smuggling. Just because you slap a different name on it doesn't make it worse. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 11:10 AM |
| -5 | Based russia.Just because she knowingly broke the law, doesn't mean she deserve 9 years. Everyone judges everything by their own standards and morals, that's how judgement works. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 11:09 AM |
| -10 | Based russia.But my argument is that she doesn't deserve the sentence she was given, not that she's innocent. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 11:01 AM |
| -1 | Based russia.Speeding is breaking the law, should that carry a decade sentence? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 10:49 AM |
| 4 | Based russia.Yeah, she does not deserve prison time at all, much less 9 fucking years. This is sort of fucked up that people are acting like she did something terrible. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 05/08/22 10:43 AM |
| 1 | "I'm just a girl" LmaoWell, I'm sorry you're irritated, but I did nothing to warrant such a response. You didn't address any of my argument either. The first amendment does not protect threats either, accompanied with the fact that they implied they were going to commit a terrorist attack after claiming to be apart of a terrorist organization. Again, implications are a real thing, even in the legal system. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 02/01/22 04:43 PM |
| 1 | "I'm just a girl" LmaoYes it is. First of all, being a part of a terrorist organization is illegal within itself. Next, implications are real. The law WILL use that tweet to show you IMPLIED you were going to commit an illegal act/you intended to commit an illegal act. You don't have to explicitly say you're going to do something illegal for it to be illegal. For example, if I say "you might want to do this for me before something bad happens" based on context, that can be illegal if the court decides I tried to use … | /r/PussyPassDenied | 02/01/22 04:07 PM |
| 0 | "I'm just a girl" LmaoTechnically it is. She claimed to be from a terrorist organization, then afterwards claimed she was going to "do something big". That leaves more than reasonable doubt as you what she was referring to | /r/PussyPassDenied | 02/01/22 03:43 PM |
