The first amendment does not protect threats either, accompanied with the fact that they implied they were going to commit a terrorist attack after claiming to be apart of a terrorist organization. The law WILL use that tweet to show you IMPLIED you were going to commit an illegal act/you intended to commit an illegal act. You don't have to explicitly say you're going to do something illegal for it to be illegal. 1	This sub isn't called "bad things happening to women" The definition of a feminist is someone who believes in true equality regardless of gender. If you believe that, you're a feminist. Even if the current feminist movement doesn't support that agenda, that just means they aren't ACTUALLY feminists and they're just calling themselves that, but just because there's a movement of people calling themselves feminists that don't align with the actual meaning of the word, doesn't mean you aren't.
