As a person who struggles to get off of it, I find it revolting. No shade to anyone who likes it but I don’t want it to do it. The benefits of not doing it are better for me than actually doing it. It's like a sickness that you can't shake and every time you do it, you just feel empty and alone. I made the same decision when my ex break up with me and talked to a guy 3 days later. I won’t get into detail but what I learned over a year and a half is that they don’t care.
