she won't, he probably has her convinced he's the best she can do. he'll alienate her whole family and then the real abuse will start up with the loss of her support network.

People stay in bad relationships due to the "Sunk Loss Fallacy". Basically they invest so much in something they are reluctant to walk away from that investment. Much like gambling addicts who keep losing. They think that on the next hand of cards or the next pull of the slot machine they will get all the money they put in back. But the gambler always loses in the end because the house stacks the odds against them.

That of changing his socks and throwing the dirties in the direction of the laundry basket. Perhaps letting the dog out to pee. Showering once a fortnight.

Actually what usually happens is the loser dude can't catch any dates but the lady gets plenty of dick and the loser dude then tries to close the relationship again. By then his wife or GF wises up and trades up.

I can't help but notice these fellows are too good to work in the sex industry themselves but perfectly willing to live off an equally unemployed woman with an onlyfans making rent.

They're pretty boys. They are not traditionally or conventionally "butch" or "chad-like" which incels seem to be obsessed with. And Kpop & Jpop stars might rake in millions for their record label, like most music talent does, they only get a pittance. So while they have fame and popularity in the short run, they're quickly replaced by the "next big thing" and left with very little wealth.

Cordelia is the pretty popular girl that shot Josh Whedon down in high school. Nothing will convince me otherwise.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
