There are a lot of children in orphanages. Consider adoption, or even fostering.

I always thought that being caring and supportive were masculine traits. My father was Protestant, so he never drank, swore or played cards. He also didn't really know how to fix things, and taught me nothing about the womenfolk. Lol, before I (24m) started dating my bf (20yo transgender male (FTM)), I tried my hardest to treat him like "one of the guys". He didn't like it very much. Now I more or less treat him like my previous partners (all women). He likes this much better.

I was pumped with amphetamines to treat ADD when I was a kid, and my mother was extremely afraid of having fat children. I was clinically underweight when I was 8 or 9 and prescribed dietary supplements to help me gain weight.
