Pistol shots have relatively low incapacitation rates unless it's a critical, immediate life ending shot. For pistols, usually the motivation is to not get shot again is what stops things. In this case she was in a car so instead of complying she drove the fuck off to avoid getting shot. Pistols have like a 30% first shot incapacitation rate, rifles/shotguns are like 90%+ because they stop via sheer trauma.

Child care. In an ideal situation a family will have a support network and other family members can watch the kid while the parent(s) work...but usually in a nasty divorce/custody case, at least one if not both of the sides of the family is going to be messed up.

This guy probably handles maintenance for 20 different parks, has to make sure each one is watered, mowed, cleaned, raked, etc. Are you expecting him to only work from 5AM to 6AM every day? Fuck that. He probably has three other places to go after this one, probably is behind schedule because his city tools are shitty, and now Karen is keeping him from getting home on time. Sorry Karen, you can't speak to the manager of grass. You expect the government to pay someone to come during the middle of the night and water grass? They'd have to pay extra, worry about security for the worker (parks at night can be unsafe), and also probably get police calls about the weird guy watering grass in the dark. Pure BS. This would be a good instance for small claims, which does not allow for emotional damages. Also, if this person actually has a lawyer the lawyer would've advised placing a 'caution, avoid signs' sign and thus remove the need for duty of care and nullify any damages that people could claim.

It doesn't work like that. For public areas, you do not typically need consent to record/broadcast anything. For private areas where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, you may possibly need consent (depending on the recording laws of the state) to record someone. However once it's recorded, you're pretty much free to do with it as you please.
