So why shouldn't they think they're supermodels? How can you say that "Very few people are hot or rich"? Those things are subjective anyway. Everybody is hot and everybody is rich. It requires kindness and a non-judgmental eye to see it.

No they say I am almost completely bald. But its their shallow and narrow mindset that stops them from seeing my full head of hair.

It sort of is. Other people tell me I'm balding but I see a full head of hair when I look in the mirror.

A lot of people are struggling to delude themselves. It's sad. If they went around thinking they were 10/10s, they could date the women they want. Self-delusion is they key to success in many areas.

Its not healthy to feel that without plastic surgery you wont be found attractive by anyone. I get people feel that way, its just sad. Yeah. What about convincing yourself you are a supermodel? Bald should tell themselves they have hair. Short should think they are tall. Round faced guys should think they have model looking faces.
