Guys like nerdy women when it’s a hot chick wearing glasses too. What’s the problem?

Cold approaching doesn’t work. You won’t know how a girl behaves with different people until you’ve interacted with her multiple times. Does she treat you DIFFERENTLY than everyone else? Is she touchy with everyone, or touchy with just you? Is she smiley with everyone, or just you? Does she flirt with everyone, or just you? And no, this doesn’t mean you have to be friends with her. Just an acquaintance and have seen her at multiple gatherings. Some guys can tell by just one gathering. They notic…

You don’t have to understand it, but women do like looking good for themselves. Personally I like to dress in a. Cute casual outfit and do some very simple makeup (blush, eyeliner, tinted lip balm) even if I’m just going to be doing chores at home all day. Things can be true without you believing in them.

Sexy for girlfriends is different than sexy for a guy. Men are simple creatures — too much stuff going on, too much makeup besides a cat eye and a red lip, tends to confuse them and be unappealing. Whereas for women, an elaborate eye look, lots of accessories, and harmonizing colors in an outfit can be appreciated by other women. Lots of women don’t care about hypebeast sneakers, but men do. Because men see it as a status symbol, while women just see ugly shoes. Looking good for the same sex is …

And yet I’m 23 and find it gross when older men hit on me. It makes me think way less of them as people.

Oddly enough, no. I have like 3 data points each in both 5’11 and 6’ camps and that’s how I developed that sort of tell. Truth is stranger than fiction.

Unless he has a dorky horse long head, a 6ft guy’s chin will easily rest on top of my head while a 5’11 guy will have to tilt his chin up ever so slightly. I can tell lmao. I’m happy with 5’9-6’ but if a guy lies about height I dump him.

If men appreciated what they have they wouldn’t run off without the decency to pay child support.

Because women manage the home and the social calendar. Men typically don’t remember if there’s a conflicting event, so when my bf “asks” (really more — hey my friend inv’d me to this, I’m thinking of going, what do you think) he’s not asking me permission. It’s implied that if we haven’t seen each other in a couple weeks, he’s asking “do you need us to hang out that night instead” or “did we have any social event planned”. It’s consideration and giving me a heads up. We’re mid distance apart so …

Did you know: you can compliment a woman without putting down another woman!

When I was a virgin I thought I was better than girls who slept around / had sex in premarital relationships. Just like any other feeling of superiority based on something you didn’t earn (race, gender, looks), it only alienates oneself from building meaningful relationships. Also, it’s totally possible to have exes without having sex. Loads of exes before I met the guy I finally had sex with. If your relationship can’t be kept alive without sex it’s not much of a relationship tbh. It’s not some…

How did you get “Cinderella bad”? The refs to Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Cinderella is that there are evil women in those stories. Not that Aurora or Snow or Cinder are bad women.

When women get into relationships with guys, they definitely find them attractive. Personally I wanted to have sex with my bf every single night we were together. However, there are a lot of things that can take me from 100% yes let’s do this to 30% meh… I don’t want to, but if you’re willing to invest like an hour into getting me going sure. Things that turn me off: - socks/clothes on floor - stinky farts - incompetence - laziness - overdependency on me as his only form of socialization - bitch…

This is exactly what’s wrong with this group: woman having high standards: but what do YOUUUU bring to the table???? woman with high standards, a shiny backbone, and great qualities she brings to the table: LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE She sounds like a woman who would be a powerful asset to a wise man and who wouldn’t blink at immature shenanigans and that’s very scary to the men here. Wise men are few and far between though so I’m not surprised she’s single.

This is exactly what I talked about in my top level comment! I’d agree with a guy and he’d turn on me just because I was a woman LOL

I consider myself fairly impartial IRL — men and women suck in different ways. Men and women excel in ways differing from each other. However, even when I speak in support of men being treated better re: dating I get dog piled by men on here just because I’m a woman. My anecdotes about loving on my bf, my bf loving on me, or my friend circle treating BOTH men and women well are seen AT BEST as fictional, and at worst somehow twisted into Wahmen bad, Men good. That was an account I deleted since …

If you try to deadlift 250lb first day in the gym you’ll fail. Why do men want to skip the basics so bad? How do you learn how to write? Learn how to read. How do you learn how to read? Learn what the letters are. Now if I told someone who wanted to write a book, hey you gotta learn the alphabet first and read a wide variety of literature and figure out WHY you want to write the book and they were like NO BOOKS EXIST AROUND ME, what are we supposed to tell them? So yeah. Exercise your socializat…

Wait I’m sorry. You somehow think female SWEs who have families don’t exist? If you couldn’t socialize and study at school that’s on you. Everyone who did the best at school made it a priority to invest in their friendships at college. And no that doesn’t mean partying, which is a highly inefficient way to “socialize”, I mean 1:1 friend dates, group trips to the city, etc. Sober stuff. Work expands to fill the time available. If you prioritized weekly hangouts, work would still get done if you w…

Let me introduce you to a sentence. “How would you feel if I….” And the follow up of “would you want to do….” Bf and I had a lot of casual conversations and still do have a lot of casual conversations where we bring up things we may be interested in but want the other person to weigh in. We’ve covered polyamory, what constitutes cheating, overnight trips with the opposite sex, revealing clothing, etc. We also talked about our body count very early on in the dating process. I think we both got lu…

Nope. Am young woman, am fit. I just don’t show too much skin and have masculine facial features.

I sweat more when my pits are shaved. Why? Because the sweat just stays there. It’s not wicked away by hair fibers. Pubic hair protects from external dirt. Like don’t get me wrong, I shave my pits because it’s a cultural thing, but it’s certainly not for health reasons.
