2	Man accused of rape I only know about it because I had a temporary job providing medical care for some prisoners in that precise situation... Even in jurisdictions with freedom of speech and the right against self-incrimination (like many parts of the US) the police / Feds have ways of punishing you if you refuse to hand over passwords or encryption keys.
