Question: is this not disasterous for society? Places like this become more sexless and depressed with a declining birth rate. It seems to me that distancing is moreso running away from the problem instead of trying to fix it, thus creating more problems.

Treatment doesn't guarantee results or instant results. That and some people don't get treatment. I'm only saying the cause of the issue itself is nobodys fault. So it's hard and so I'm not gonna blame or put down socially awkward men and women

No the point is you can still get treatment and still be that 30 year old who struggles to socialize.

I think most people who are socially stunted are screwed over by mental illness and the weird environment our system fosters so I consider them victims systemically

Idk it sounds like victim blaming to me. Not even on a gendered level.

It's the same thing at the core so I'm not sure what you mean Edit: the cycle is: make an attempt to be social, negative experience or consequence, retreat in fear and stew in negativity. Age doesn't really change anything there

But being social is hard. Society is scathing to the under socialized and men have no pity.

Not completely sure if I understand what you're saying. I'm saying if a behavior is rewarded then it will be repeated and if it's punished it won't be. The reason why (some) men can act like assholes is because it works. Ofc it's not attractive to all women, it's not necessarily the best way to find a quality partner, and one can't be blamed for they're attracted to, although who you pursue is your choice

I think the logic is that if men who behave like this weren't rewarded with the company of women they would be better.

Bisexuality lowers your dating pool when it comes to women. We have surveys, studies, and an array of anecdotes on Reddit that will show this. Homosexuals also sometimes dislike it

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
