PM me a throwaway email and I'll email you a PDF. I paid for it, which I don't want you too, but I truly think it's the best workout program I've ever seen. MI-40x 2.0 by Ben Pakulski for anyone curious.

I strongly suggest a different program than Strong Lifts. Find a hypertrophy program that has you going 5x a week (granted that you're willing to go). 3 days a week isn't ideal for burning fat and gaining muscle. Although 3x a week might be suitable for a beginners first few weeks - a strength program is not ideal for aesthetic development.

I don't buy this. The gains on steroids are on another level. As a natty, I solely recognize the health drawback of it. The aesthetic difference is definitely significant

I don't want to overlook the biggest point that everyone is throwing at you here as well - lift and improve your game through practice. Sack up

Tinder. Maybe even get a membership for unlimited swipes and play the numbers game. If that's the case then you would probably want a polarizing profile as well

Fuck all the noise about quitting online dating. Here's the thing - your approach to getting them to meet is flawed. Switch it up. Try something new. I usually ask them to coffee in the first 5 messages. I've found what works and doesn't through trial and error. Do the same.

So how are you treating them that's getting these results? I understand the not caring but how do they get hooked in the first place? Are you being dominant?

Correct. A physique also functions as a status symbol (among other things) that pales in comparison to the status of a celebrity

Any significant progress since that first FR you posted from 175-->190? Did you bulk straight to 205 or have you cut down to that so that you're currently lean

He's saying Steve reeves was on roids and in contest condition, so the average person would need to weigh more to have that much lean body mass, since they wouldn't have such a low body fat %

I always thought it was your game that was pulling them, Vengeful. Is it the muscle that catches the eyes and gets things started? I remember you mentioning how muscular you were, do you have any fat on top of that?

I'm also a Silicon Valley lifer, and am currently attending a prestigious university, majoring in Computer Science. Given your knowledge of the tech industry, should I be heading there? I see you're studying finance now, but you didn't mention your undergraduate background.

That's really interesting but almost counterintuitive to the nonchalance I inferred from your previous comment of strolling up and striking random conversation. Which aspect of the approach is the arrogant/loud. You seemed more like a smooth talker than a loud one in your video.

Could you give more details on your approaching strategy. I'm curious about your balance of coming off natural vs creating your own luck. I.E.: say she's a bit farther off or you won't naturally happen to stroll past her. Do you go to greater lengths to initiate? Also. You rarely see attractive women alone. Are you opening groups of women?

We get to my place, this is when I resume talking. Tension is good in the car as the car is a 'static' situation, but every step she takes now goes towards my bed and I must avoid letting it hang too heavily in air and in her mind. I've found that when a girl is in your bed with her tits out she might as well be naked already. Regarding your openers: "Hi, what's your name?" and "Hi I'm Steve, I don't know you girls." Were these your actual openers or are you paraphrasing? I'm wondering because I've been experimenting with simple openers such as these and they seem pretty effective.

Cut (lose weight) until you're at around 10%bf (so not chubby at all). Then consume your TDEE + 500 calories every day (look up TDEE calculator) or just eat as much as you can every day - lots of meat and fish. This is your bulking phase. Do this until you get kinda chubby and then repeat. Try to go the gym as often as possible, ideally 4-6 times a week, but as a beginner you can realistically make nice gains going three times week. Split your workouts into: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps, Back/Biceps,…

Here's the deal. If you tell her you're 5'7 several things are going to happen: You're framing it negatively You're acknowledging it as a shortcoming, which - in turn - will make her think you're insecure about it. You're better off not mentioning it and going with platforms. You still face the chance of rejection, but that's the price to play the game. Good luck.

/u/IllimitableMan - in case you didn't see these replies. I too agree. Personally I believe that examples that are not necessarily instructive, but illustrative of your theories would help readers achieve a more wholesome mastery of your teachings. I think there's a good number of us that came from a completely abstract and logical modus operandi, with practical application being our weak suit.

His anecdote provided an illustrative example of the theory at play. To interpret the post as a reason to not try the hardest at the gym is a misinterpretation, in my opinion. I think it should be clear that we need to pick our battles and the gym is not a place to worry about sexual dynamics. I can easily see how the post is being received in this light, however.

Hey, so I believe you misunderstood improvy on the improvement part. What he meant to say is that woman cannot self-improve their attractiveness to men. Of course they can self-improve their skills and whatnot. Certain ones, like cooking and a sweet aura, do indeed increase their relationship value, but not their sexual market value (SMV). Improvy was pointing out that men increase their attractiveness women with status, wealth, and power, as well as fitness. On the other hand, woman are extreme…

I think Whisper is saying that they don't understand consequence because they did not have a patriarch to teach them it. I don't believe this lack of education necessarily makes them entitled princesses.

I think this post misses one of the biggest points which is the external raise in SMV from gaining muscle mass and shedding fat that others see. All the points OP makes are internal benefits.

Don't fix what isn't broken. If you're perfectly content with the way things are, you should be fine without TRP. However, your beta qualities may leave you're spouse more inclined to cheat on you.
