See Illimitable Man's Post on Machiavellian Maxims: "Machiavellianism does not determine one’s morals, one’s morals determine the use of Machiavellianism. He who believes he is too moral for Machiavellianism is no more moral than he is an idiot."

I agree, this is one of the few ways that will change a person's perspective, but only if they are open to the idea first. Books have a way of calling into question our preconceived notions, unlike talk

This was a great story to hear, this guy loved her and left her, realizing it wouldn't work out. There no bad feelings, no emotions, just straight talk. He actions should be a role model for people to take note

It's a bluff that you have to call, to show her you have other options. Let her go, cut contact, and wait it out a couple of months. Yeah it sucks that you want to keep her around, but that's the way she goes. At least this way she perceives you as having abundance mentality, and there might be a shot with her in the future. But don't think about her too much, spend your time focusing on other things, girls, hobbies.

Honesty I don't put much stock into pseudo-scientific bullshit like that. It's just a way of nicely categorizing people into different boxes, so they can compare themselves easier against other people. Don't let a bunch of letters define who you are

For me, I was always somewhat of a lone wolf. After my first LTR, I had time to reflect. I had a realization that I stopped being me. I let her tell me that codependency equaled fulfillment in life. When I opened up emotionally, that was around the time she branch-swung. I've changed a lot these past few months, but I realized that I define my own happiness. Nothing is permanent, and the ride always ends. That was hard to comprehend, and took me a while to understand. But now, it is my attitude …

What I do is lift in the gym with my boys, then we'll go outside to the track and do sprints, something like 6-8 full court 100% sprints. I'm 6'4", and I used to swim. Always anchor and always sprinter. I can't do distance, so I stick with sprints. Would you recommend turning to distance? I'm just worried about the stress on my joints, since I'm 210 lbs., and want to keep it as short as possible while still getting my HR up high

Am in law school currently and number one advice would be to never date girls in law school. The ones I do see dating, the guy is 99% of the time the bitch in the relationship. This includes everything from following her in the gym when he's done with his workout, letting her lead the way in the grocery store, and supplicating to her instead of the other way around. God I would even see guys grab meals for their girls while she was busy studying in the library, and the reaction they would give i…

Can you elaborate on this?

It's just a game to her. usually when she ghosts you after a month or so she had something in her past that has fucked her up mentally. Maybe she got alpha widowed and wants to be the one on the other side this time, maybe she decided someone else is worth more of her time, maybe maybe maybe. See how this can be repeated ad nauseam? Who gives a shit about her, focus on yourself and someone more worth your time. It's a game to her, so return the favor kindly. Do not let her get to you

As in you might get an education in ATL, maybe even start your career there, but it's likely your career path will lead you to different places.

Like any city, you have your usual rich parts, trash, and everything in between. Atlanta has turned into a liberal minded agenda, and you see it a lot now. The usual place where you will find the most attractive girls are around Buckhead/Lenox mall area, because that's where money goes. Emory is a private university that's been overrun with SJW's and people who take political messages as personal attacks. From the general consensus ATL is more of a stepping stone between your real destination.

Jesus I feel sorry for you Clint, this is quality material that is being crowded by comments from blue pill trolls that can't fucking read

After our discussion with Clint earlier, I agree wholeheartedly. Choking is a masculine trait to use in the bedroom, but is a very fine line to dance Done properly however, to me (and her), it's a big turn on Because at the end of the day, we're all just a bunch of cavemen. We can't escape our reptilian roots

Good advice. Context is key, and I don't want members to construe this as being physically abusive. There's abusive, then there's abusive in the bedroom. It can be a fine line

Choking is definitely a masculine move to do in bed. The caveat being you better fucking believe you are the top dog when you do it. If you are some little bitch trying to choke her, she is going to freak out You have to own that shit, and more importantly, you have to own HER. Don't ask her to do anything, you are a fucking man and you TAKE what is yours. She is your fuck slave. She loves hearing this. My last bitch loved when I choked her. I would tell her to call herself a dirty whore. Make h…

She recognizes that you carry some skill and is adjusting her perception accordingly. play your cards right and she won't call you that anymore

Who does this make feel better? You? Her? Because it certainly isn't going to make her feel better. If it makes you feel better, you're just being selfish indulging in your self-loathing. Look at her with a bit of a look that says "are you serious?", say no, then change the subject. She's testing you and the relationship. Carry your burden and never let her see the effort

Do you see this as a failure on OP's part to demonstrate high enough value? Would she be complaining about giving BJ's if he was Brad Pitt? It seems to me that she thinks she can get away from providing her services to the relationship, thus setting the tempo for whatever will come next

Jesus you just reminded me, the 19-year old plate I was with some years ago told me she was with 13 as well, this was after I said I had 13 partners. Even back then I knew it was a bullshit answer. You know what she became? My LTR that lasted a little over two years. Yeahhhh, that relationship solidified my gut feelings that I ignored, and me taking the rep pill. It still bothers me to this day how much I catered to that woman

Part of the bitter reality of TRP is realizing that the more you care about yourself and the less you care about them, (essentially treating plates as your personal toy) the more attractive you become in their eyes Think about it, a twenty-something woman has nearly limitless amounts of attention being thrown their way. If they wanted to, they could convince cucks to pay for their meals, their gas, their shopping habits, you get the point. What they have is POWER over these cucks. She knows that…

If the roles were reversed, the girl wouldn't give two fucks about you. Internalize the reality and move forward. Words are meaningless anyways, their actions speak volumes

that "weird" feeling you're having is your instincts telling you to get the fuck out of there. Listen to your gut, never base any decision on emotions when it comes to relationships, and for that matter on most things in life

Reading this convinced me to make an account and start contributing in any way that I can. I was a long term lurker that found TRP after an eventful breakup, and like many of our current members, TRP helped me filter out the bullshit PC that people throw your way these days. TRP IS the breath of fresh air otherwise surrounded by smog, and I wouldn't be where I am today without the help of all of you
/r/TheRedPill06/03/16 01:06 PM

One thing I might add, replace front squat with kettle bell squats. You get a deeper squat and not as much pressure on your back, plus if you get real low you work those glutes hardcore. Every time I replace front squats with kettle bell squats, I feel an immediate difference
