I'm not married, nor have I ever been. But if I ever do get married, I'd divorce my wife before naming our child after one of her ex boyfriends.

I am from the NYC area and work in Manhattan, and I lived in Miami for a year. The type of women OP describes run rampant in both these places, maybe more-so in Manhattan. Just look on any dating website (especially OKcupid). Every girl wants some unique artsy/adventurous/Ryan Gosling-look-alike with a shit ton of money and great job when that shit in reality doesn't exist.

As soon as a girl gets hit for real, she'll turtle up and play the victim card. Got that right. My ex got physical with me (slapping in the face, punching, etc) so I let one fly and hit her right in the pelvic area. For days after that I had to hear bitching and moaning about how "you hit me wahh wahh wahhh" when she was the one who initiated it.

That part pissed me off the most. If every woman that comes across me automatically assumes I am a rapist, whose problem is that? It's not my fucking problem- it's theirs for stereotyping me.

Glad that worked for you but it didn't for me. I worked out continuously during my last relationship (4 1/2 years) and she still wouldn't commit to a gym regimen. Fuck that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
