Visit/r/steroids and do some research, talk to any veteran of bodybuilding, or take them yourself and see what happens. Hell, ask ChatGPT/deep seek with a simple prompt, "How does roid rage happen?" 5	So. What have we actually accomplished here. What would we (this sub and keeping it online only) need to do, in your opinion, to make a difference, and how? I ask this in good faith - I honestly don't see a path forward based on what you said or any way of influencing the greater conversation online in any meaningful way. I think the response should be an individual one that is well thought out, based on the merit of the answer, scientifically grounded reasoning and confirming the accuracy of the sources. I'd recommend starting with the mission statement of the wiki on the side first - it explains the basics of the viewpoint on this side without getting into too much detail. If you're ok with a movie/video, "The Red Pill" by Cassie Jaye (former typical late 20s/early 30s feminist filmmaker) is an excellent movie that shows her delving into men's rights through a feminist lens. Most men on this side of the fence reject the modern patriarchy narrative as axiomatic; we tend to see human behavior more from a perspective of evolutionary biology (we don't see ourselves fundamentally as oppressors (male) vs. oppressed (women)). Many feminist books may come to the same/similar conclusion as we do, but "through the lens of patriarchy." 1	My mom's gender equality beliefs caused me lifelong struggles and damage as a boy and later as a man. Powerlifting is a wonderful sport.
