Don't do either of those. Don't tell her or ever send a pic. This is an opportunity for you to tease, using a little mystery and get her to find out for herself. Tell her something along the lines of "I'd rather see if your fingers can wrap around it" The exact words depends on the context of the conversation, but the idea is to be a little playful with it and get her to meet up in person. Then you can measure it with her throat.
