I mean, that is well under the average height of a North American country. So presumably yeah, well under average looking women is probably fair.

Still sounds like a choice to me. Hard things take effort, much like losing weight. Stop choosing to be bald, it's that easy. Work harder.

and who cares, it is obviously illustrative and men fetishize blondes, not controversial that it's the "hottest"

Newsflash some people are bigger than others. Physical effort required for me to lose that last 10 (because i have done it) requires 1 meal a day and a nicotine addiction so it's going to be a pass from me, thanks. Similarly, get a hair transplant loser. Stop choosing to be balding!

Well, simply you will have to guess, sorry. But honestly most women do not wear that much makeup, certainly not like the kind you see on instagram, so it's really not THAT hard to tell.

Sorry that you're unhappy with your looksmatch brother, but that's the way. I am 10 pounds overweight, and date balding men. Am i attracted to men with hair? Sure. But I know what I can get, unlike you guys, for some reason.

Of course there is. Use your eyes and think "do I have a chance with this very beautiful, tall, thin, conventionally attractive blonde?" Or "do I have a chance with this cute brunette with the nice smile?" Then, rate yourself. Good luck.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/25 05:00 PM

Brother that's delusional. What self imposed prison do you live in. Of course I can tell if I'm attractive or not, as a woman, even though I'm attractive to men. Obviously there are some differences, but you can tell when someone of a gender you're not attracted to is objectively beautiful....

Again, do you not have eyes? Can you look in the mirror? How do people usually respond when you approach them? If you don't know then you're in denial.

Also if you don't get fundamentally basic non verbal communication and social cues like let me see eye contact and smiling then I think your troubles are more profound than not getting a date.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/25 02:46 AM

Are men blind? Of course they know if they're attractive or not. Also pretty clearly implied if he's attractive to me. Obviously do not try to hit on someone wildly out of your league, waste of time and will go poorly.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/25 02:44 AM

He's completely right. Make eye contact first to see if she is interested oh my god. If a guy makes eye contact with me and he's attractive I will give him a smile. Like base level emotional intelligence christ do not just walk up to any woman what is wrong with you

Again, refute his argument that I don't consent to not being seen by society as a millionaire. What if I as a 190 pound hairy girl don't consent to society not seeing me as a 5'11 skinny blonde. You can't, because that makes absolutely no sense.

Red pill yet again completely missing that it's about class, not money. A tik tok streaming crypto millionaire with a GED is still not going to get with a good looking prestigiously-educated banking associate regardless of his money. She may, however, get with a similarly Ivy League public servant who works in policy for the federal government, despite his lower salary, because they are in the same social class.

Depends on your location and traits, right? If you are an average looking woman with an average salary living somewhere with lots of men of a similar background/culture, i'd think you have lots of options. But if you're a pretty woman, with a good salary, living in a very diverse city, by nature your pool shrinks, assuming you want someone on a similar level.

women are drafted in israel. you could easily change the law for women in other countries to be drafted if enough voters wanted that. Totally socially imposed, that has no bearing on being a person with equal worth and equal rights to determine their own lives

I think that's where the resentment is - he's pissed he can only get a 6/10 when he thinks he's a 9/10. In reality, someone new to the country often don't have the right clothes, style, mannerisms etc to fit in even if they're good looking, which is why women usually aren't interested or it seems the league is getting skewed. Makes those guys resentful when really they're missing something culturally to be attractive (and of course not going for women of other races, who may be more attracted to…

Cold approaching is fine ONLY if you are doing it to someone well and certain within your league and within your AGE GROUP. I'm fine being cold approached if you actually have a chance and are not old and weird. IF you are old and weird, please do not approach women in their early twenties thank you
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 11:50 PM

100% agree!! It is absolutely cultural, the kids I grew up with who were 2nd or 3rd gen were not like that at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 11:40 PM
9

I completely agree! It's a cultural thing, and also a huge contributor to the feeling that women "don't look at average guys". In reality, those guys want white women, who are often not interested in them, and it MASSIVELY skews their perception of dating and what they think they're entitled to.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 11:37 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 02:15 AM

I'm 24, and what I consider a normal desirable "age gap relationship" amongst my friends is he's up to 29. In that bracket, he might be a little farther ahead in his career, a little more stable, if she wants to get married/have kids a bit younger (i.e. pre-30). However, I know one girl who was dating a 34 year old when we were 22, and that is abnormal (and was because she had massive issues). Up to 5 years is normal, over that it gets less and less so. No one I know (other than the one girl wit…

Not very often, honestly. Fairly limited dating pool of what I'm attracted to in my city. Maybe like, a 4-5 times a month on the subway or around my office.

I'm not one yet, and won't be for many years! But when it's time to have kids, yes, that would be my preference - I was raised by a stay at home mum, and would like to give the same to my kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/25 03:31 AM

We split everything now 50/50, since we both work and make close to the same. However if we have kids, my preference would be to stay home and him continue to work.

Who is all of these other women. You said so yourself many other women were willing to date and marry the men she wasn't. So clearly not every woman thought there was anything wrong with them. You're contradicting yourself. As I said at the top of this post, I think it's reasonable for women who want children to want someone who can contribute more financially, to cover the risks of pregnancy. It is true that with women outperforming men in some fields, that will be difficult for some women to f…

So what is it. Responsibility or expendability of labour that makes one deserving of authority? Which one. Both breadwinner and not breadwinner have responsibilities, as I indicated. I reject that financial responsibility is somehow magically a greater burden. If authority is predicated on expendability, then only very wealthy couples who can afford a full time nanny fall under your requirements for "submission"
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:50 AM
1

Well, I feel sad for her, because she didn't find the conditions that made her comfortable having kids. Maybe her risk tolerance is much lower than most, if these guys you say she's turned down have gone on to have families with other women, or she has her own issues. That's her problem, but I can still sympathize that she wanted kids and didn't have any.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:46 AM
3

You said, and I quote, But the stay at home parent isn't providing anything that can't be arranged from outside. The breadwinner is. Hence, authority Implies that the authority comes from the fact that labour can be externally provided. i.e. expendable.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:41 AM
3

Literally I am not a heterosexual man, how am i supposed to know what sign i gave off that made me an attractive partner. I signaled I was interested in my boyfriend by... telling him I had a great time, then agreeing to another date? No trickery in that buddy
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:39 AM
2

I mean, that still doesn't mean they wouldn't be a good mother, just that they don't want to have kids, but I digress. I am sure you could think of some other green flag for a good mom. If a virgin is a green flag to you, cool. I don't have to agree because I am not you looking to date someone. Whatever makes you happy, it's not my problem. Much like a man paying is a green flag to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:36 AM

Who is blaming men? It's not anybody's fault. They blew their chance, but so what? They blew it because they couldn't meet their conditions. I think that's sad, but fair. They are still allowed to feel sad about it. It's not men's fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:32 AM

Hiring a full time nanny is vastly more expensive than having a stay at home parent. Many people have a parent stay home because they can't afford childcare. So the labour isn't more expendable. And again, you can't price in having your kid raised by someone who loves them. Again, can't be arranged from the outside. Also, goalpost shift. Now authority comes from expendability of labour, not responsibility? Hmmmm
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:29 AM

So okay cool you can fathom a woman having a green flag. And have you actually met a woman who wants kids bc nothing of what i just said is delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:24 AM

Responded to your buddy, lol. I am not a man how would I know what you think a green flag is. Nice to waiters at the restaurant? Helps clear the table? whatever
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:23 AM

Most people can't afford a nanny. And why would you have a nanny if you have a stay at home parent. If he's expendable then why even have him stay home in the first place. Most people value not having a stranger raise their kid
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:22 AM
2

Okay who hoo then a man providing while wife stays home and isn't a slave isn't traditional, congrats. Then I am against traditional marriage I suppose. And what i am running away from is running my head into a wall trying to get a fool to grasp nuance. It is not hypocritical nor disgusting so, there's that.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:21 AM

Makes no sense. They both are responsible for something. Why are his contributions less deserving of "authority" than hers, if she's making the money
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:18 AM

So dumb. Why date someone who doesn't enrich your life. Existing is obviously not enough
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:17 AM

You want kids? Maybe she gushes about her little cousins that she loves to babysit. You want someone financially stable? Maybe she offers to pay for the meal. I don't know, whatever it is you want
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:16 AM

Huh? I don't know, I'm not a man? Whatever you look for I'm sure she has a way to signal that, lol. Much like a "red flag" would be visible to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:14 AM
2

In no way is what i said "disgusting", lol. And yeah, I am, because I told you, maybe there are exceptions, but broadly, I think it's unreasonable. There is nothing to add to that. Again, the idea of submission is ridiculous. I respond to that elsewhere. He has responsibility to provide financially, she has responsibility to provide care to the child, the household, whatever other domestic duties. They are both owed authority. Not her less, just because his contribution is financial. The idea of…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:12 AM

Yeah, I do think that's different. I think a first date should be fair-ish game. It feels good if he pays, of course, but I agree that not going on a second date because he wanted to split is not reasonable, in my opinion, particularly if you're young and less established.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:09 AM

I think you might be slow. They had a set of conditions to feel comfortable having the children they wanted, and they didn't achieve them, so are therefore upset that they didn't have children. They still chose not to have children. What about that is lying exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:06 AM

Because the whole premise is faulty and doesn't consider her responsibility either. Why is his responsibility to provide financially deserving of a trade off of authority, and not her responsibility to gestate, birth, raise the child, and perform whatever other domestic duties? Should she not, therefore, be owed authority over him? You assume her input is valueless and that her position is lesser than yours. That is wrong, and why you think you are being taken advantage of. She has responsibilit…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 05:02 AM

WHY is it hard to understand. I want kids, but I want to make sure I give myself and said child the best shot to do it well, be happy, and healthy. Ergo would be great if someone can cover the finances to enable that. I literally cannot grasp why this confuses you. If I could not mitigate the risks in a way that is acceptable, then I wouldn't have kids! It's not an expectation for every man on the planet to provide. But it is an expectation for me to have a child with someone, and many women fee…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:58 AM

Brother, it's not the government paying for anything. It is the father of your child, supporting the woman who birthed said child. Willingness to incur some risk (pregnancy) mitigated by financial certainty. What about that is hard to understand. Sorry, no one is saying they can't help it? Huh? and comparing that ideology is obviously far, far worse. All i said is it is LESS reasonable. Maybe someone, somewhere, has some reason, that is LEGITIMATE or if not legitimate, then understandable, for n…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:52 AM

First point makes no sense. How does having a choice change the risk decision, lol. I mean, yeah, I didn't say I like the woman in my example or the man in yours. But I understand being raised in a certain environment why they would be conditioned that way. Again, doesn't mean you have to date or marry someone like that. I am just accounting for why some people would think illogically about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:36 AM

I was thinking 50/50 in terms of long-term finances in a relationship, not individual dates. I go 50/50 with my boyfriend on dates because I can afford it, and because we started dating when we were young and broke, and I know I trust him in the long run that he will work when I have kids. So I was really thinking more on the macro level. Individual dates matter less depending on your circumstances. No, paying for 1 dinner does not mean you can provide, obviously. It could signal some things - s…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:29 AM

Uh. Why exactly does it have to mean that? Totally fallacious statement. He absolutely does not have authority over you because he provides for you. There is no financial transaction that dictates "authority" or submission, that's crazy. If a woman provides for the family and stays home, does he have to submit to her?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:22 AM

unintelligible double negative brother
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:18 AM

No one is saying men designed the process, that's ridiculous, obviously. Many things we do are designed to compensate for biology brother. Wear a helmet when you ride a bike? Did men design gravity too? Still makes sense that we would create something for risk reduction. Much like having a kid. Which is of course correct, as the birth rate is absolutely plummeting, therefore women have in fact decided it's too great a risk without enough mediating factors, lol. Yeah I think it's unreasonable log…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:15 AM

What's the unfair societal expectation for women that needs to change? Sure there was a body positivity movement, but most men still prefer to and date thin women. Much like most women who want children want a man who can provide for those children, despite efforts promoting 50/50. Things either stick or they don't. Some are pretttty sticky for good reason
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:07 AM

If your argument in the first sentence is that men contribute to the process, that's absurd. That's pleasure not suffering buddy. And to be honest I think it's much, much less reasonable an expectation for women who don't want children. Some women may still expect it culturally but I don't think that's reasonable in that case.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 04:03 AM

Also this complaining is so annoying. Then find a woman that wants to go 50/50. If you can't maybe you are the problem. Some women are providers, not the man. It's uncommon but not wildly so.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 03:14 AM

Can you birth a kid? No. So not 50-50 then, inherently. Personally if you are dating with marriage and children in mind, and I need to know that you are able to support myself and our child (think, if something goes wrong in a pregnancy, if I can't go back to work, etc) then it is that simple (to me).

Of course. Bear in mind, women who want to have children need to factor in their child's future wellbeing and her health/ability to be pregnant. Women who don't want kids, salary etc is all fair game
