I think that the nice guy sensitive traits we all have should be reserved for people who earn them. That means close friends and family most of the time.

he's doing more then that. he's playing into people's anger and communicating with emotions as mush as with words. It doesn't matter if you communicate fact or fiction, it's how you communicate that matters.

Milo is an asshole. I appreciate a lot of his opinions. But if he acts like an asshole he will face repercussions. Of course I doubt he's an asshole IRL. His social media persona is meant to be abrasive and douche so he gets as much buzz and publicity as possible. Unfortunately this is the world we live in. Nobody cares about normal rational people and their politely conveyed rational opinions. Paul Joseph is another great example. His persona is an angry British guy. I doubt thats him IRL. But …

Ignoring her doesn't work, every shy scared guy ignores the hot women in the room. The women just see these guys as what they are, shy, timid, and weak. What does work is engaging the room, and simply allowing yourself to come across as cool, calm, confident, and genuinely enjoying yourself. Women will see this kind of guy and make eye contact with him. Then you just lock eye contact, and smile. This will warm the approach, especially if done more than once with the same girls. Dont be aloof, yo…

I think you are setting the standard a bit too high there. Women today, generally, are slaves to pop culture and consumerism. But so are men in a lot of ways. Today's society is fucked up, especially urban society. I gave up looking for a quality women. I'm interested in a hot women that can fuck me well. If she has enough personality to allow me to let her stick around for long enough, then she might be the one that I might one day have a kid with. There is the outside chance that I will meet s…

This women will be lamenting all the times guys gave her any kind of attention when she's 45 and no longer moderately attractive enough to entice a guy to even give her a second look. God forbid a man works up the nerve to try to relate to you over a mutual interest like pokemon go in a public setting. God forbid he thinks it might be a nice, harmless, and maybe even charming way to meet a nice girl. Yet women like her chastise that guy for trying to do the very thing society has taught him to d…

And here I am trying to meet girls the old fashion way. By being social and approaching them in coffee shops and bookstores. I feel like a sucker... All these normal nice girls I keep visualizing myself with are all just a casual step away from selling their bodies to some older guy to pay their rent or buy them a new dress. And they have no problem with it. To them its trendy and cool! We as a society have gone wrong somewhere.

i'm so confused here. How are you and your friend disagreeing? Arent you both saying the same thing? Your friend is saying shaming a dude for having a beard and not being manly is wrong. She does shift it a bit to make it a women's issue in the sense that beards shouldn't indicate any gender specific identity traits, for men or women. I agree that calling anyone any negative word out of anger or hatred is wrong. But unfortunately that happens in life. And literally everyone has done it at one point. But, it's up to people to decide how they deal with being called fat or any bad word. because it's going to happen.Everyone gets called names. So you have to ask yourself. Am I going to let this upset me? Why do i get upset by it? Is it because I know I am fat and unhealthy and I should change. Does somebody calling me fat remind …

It's only as offensive as somebody allows it to be. Offense is taken, not given. The word fat means what it has always meant. If somebody adds more to it because they are offended its because that word is reminding them of what they already know about themselves.

that conversation could have benefited so much from an opposite point of view. Otherwise this is just four women wanking off each others similar opinions. If I was there I would have respectfully listened and presented a ton of valid counter points, and then allowed the audience to decide for themselves. Oh right, this is the view. this is not meant to be meaningful public discourse. It's meant to be casual daytime television for stay-at-home women.

I think people in general are turning away from marriage. It's not just an issue we should blame women for. Blame the media, blame society, blame cell phones, blame tinder and facebook, blame pop music, blame modern culture. It's all made to make us less social and less prone to wanting to settle down.

Of course. i'm not surprised at all. Men are just as objectified as women in these situations. Except when a man says "hey I dont want to play your hunky guy persona anymore, it's demeaning" people look at him funny and think he's insane. Welcome to the gynocentric world. Good for Kit for saying that and not letting his ego run wild. Most people would if they were a star of a hit show and had tons of girls chasing them.

I agree with punishing smoking, fair skipping, vandalism. Smoking takes away a person's right to clean air, fair skipping is theft from the city, vandalism is destruction of city property. All these are reasonable for the government to enforce. But something like ticketing people for taking up two seats is so granular and insignificant that it should not be policed. Instead a citizen should handle this on his own. The government should not be our all-mighty nanny. A line should be drawn. But hey…

If they say no again, then you have two options. Ask again and escalate, or accept the fact that they are refusing to move. You are an adult that can handle your own problems. You dont need the government figuring this out for you. what's worst? he negative ramifications of this law are WAAAAYY worst. Just imagine a society with laws like this. You can be arrested for almost anything if you happen to forget that your ass is only allowed to take up one seat on the train.
/r/MensRights10/03/16 10:04 PM
3

Well then you have two choices, ask again and escalate it, or just dont sit down. But here's the thing, the point is that the government should not be involved in these small petty matters. If a law is made stating you can only take up one seat, then what happens if you accidentally take up a bit of an adjacent seat, you can now get punished for it. Take this concept and apply it to other small every day occurrences. Do we really want the government dictating everything, do we really want to liv…

A lot of people feel that the role of government should not extend to such granular offenses as this. Essentially micromanagement of your citizens. yes taking up an adjacent seat with a bag is a douche move. But is it up to our government to police this? Why not allow citizens to work this out themselves? If you feel somebody is taking up two seats, kindly ask them to move their bags (or whatever) so that you may sit. Instead our society increasingly asks for government to sort these issues out.…

Tinder is AWFUL. it's a soul crushing black hole of hope. I stopped using it over a year ago. Most online dating is bullshit. Cold approaching is the best way to meet women. Hands down. This is gona be ranty. the 1 in 5 women being raped in college myth basically equates today's rates with those during the dark ages. Solid analysis mate, I think you covered all the points about what went down over the past few days. Trump is playing a master's game. And i'm an NYC liberal. Trump, thus far, has my vote. I vote for winners, not bullshitters who will feed me all the talking points to try to get votes. I dont agree with some of Trumps ideas, but I believe in his strength of character, and I think that strength can make an actual change in this country.

So even if you retaliate full force and take heat for it from the girl and some other dudes (fucking blue pill white knights) stand your ground and take it. An apology with undertones of insincerity. That's how it sounds to me. Notice how she talks only about herself. and barely at all about the driver. She goes on about how her life is ruined and blah blah blah. Plays a victim card bigtime. She takes responsibility but still feels she is owed forgiveness for doing it. She should be talking more about the poor Uber driver, and how he must have felt, and the position she put him in. That would have been the more mature approach. Still better than not…

You're missing the point. Its not about winning or losing. The point is you dont care about that. What you care about is holding frame. You actually have to be completely ready and willing to be seen as a bully. You need to be OK with that. The point is that girls will want you to feel the social pressure of thinking your wrong and being an asshole. They will use that to their advantage.

Its so refreshing hearing a women saying these things like this. I completely agree. Especially about her point of there needing to be a balance of masculinity and femininity in society. And we need to stop shaming men for being men, and stop turning men into feminized weaklings. Look at how men are portrayed in the media. It's taboo to be macho, all men on TV are generally portrayed as helpless bafoons or somehow subservient to women's needs. Women are portrayed as the smart, more mature, more …

Men are conditioned that the only way they will fit in and be accepted by society is if they adapt feminized mannerisms, clothing, temperaments, etc. men are not encouraged to be men. Being a man means being around other men and sharing activities. Things like sports, work, building something, drinking and laughing, and most importantly feeling free to act crass and speak their minds around other men. Today women have invaded male spaces and shamed men who embrace traditional masculinity. Hence …

I agree completely and have been disappointed by the absence of male only spaces for a while now. It's true that when women are around, men act differently. When my guy friends bring their wives/GFs with them on a trip upstate to the woods, it's not the same as if it was only the guys. Its BORING. The men cant say what's on their mind, they dont drink as much, they just talk about stuff that they think the women will enjoy. If it's only the guys its way more fun. The problem is what boy would want to join the Girl Scouts? I mean seriously.... We would have tons of girls in the BSA and almost zero boys in the GSA. It would be stupid. Keep them both separate. Girls and boys need their own separate space to develop themselves properly. And yes I believe in gender roles. They've worked for centuries.

Reading that article might have made me slightly more stupid. How can a human being write such garbage? She's backwards rationalizing her completely vapid and selfish past. These ads are obscene. What are they trying to accomplish? the destruction of natural male/female interaction. absence of a yes is not a yes? are you kidding me? this basically says the vast majority of men are rapists. When was the last time a women has verbally said yes before sex? Who actually asks "hey can we have sex right now?" that's a one way ticket to totally ruining a good moment between two adults who are about to engage in physical intimacy for the first time.

the all female cast makes zero sense and it wreaks of the me-too vibe. The whole identity of being a ghost buster is lost when the film is so obviously about women playing the role instead of men. It makes it all about gender. what was wrong with the original movie? was it sexists to have 4 guys in the role? no! it was a film about 4 dorks hunting and killing violent ghosts. having women in your life/banging girls requires a very specific skillset. you can be the most boring loser and if you have that skillset you will still get tons of women. So dont think that your materialistic things in life will attract women. Only sheer male dominance and assertiveness and the appropriate skillset will. I think this is an interesting point. My opinion is that pornography, and specifically it's wide availability today is a problem. Porn, in moderation, is fine. But when it's available so easily anywhere and all the time it does a great disservice to men. In the past porn was available only to people who had the nerve to walk into a video store and buy it, or buy a playboy magazine. most men didn't buy it because it was skummy and sleazy. But now you can watch the most intense and disgusting crap…

One of the biggest reasons is the proliferation of internet porn. I would encourage every man today to STOP looking at internet porn. If you need to wank it, get used to using your imagination instead. It doesn't take long to train yourself to get off to either fantasies or memories of past sexual encounters. Porn also causes ED by rewiring your brain to only orgasm to a video and not the real thing. This has been proven and is also my personal experience. I haven't looked at porn in over 3 mont…

you're assuming JD and his partners are into BDSM. Maybe they're just into rough sex that got a little too crazy. emotions were high, maybe they were drunk, who knows. But whatever happened caused Stoya and perceive the event as rape. What i'm saying is that its not a binary thing. it's a grey area. what she considers rape might be rough sex to someone else. which might be just regular sex for some other person. The guy deserves a trial, but I doubt he will get one. He will likely keep getting shamed until he just disappears. What i'm curious about is how extreme these "rape" incidents were exactly. There's a fine line between rough sex and rape. There's also a fine line between what a person considers thrilling emotional angry sex, and rape. Where do we draw that line? This is truth. The myth that men are promiscuous sex crazied deviants is such horseshit. If a man was given a choice between having one trustworthy, respectable, smart, nurturing decent looking women who loves to have sex. Or multiple shallow short term partners with zero connection he will almost always choose the former. Yet society refuses to think this.

She's 24. Utterly boring, and the only thing she has going for her are her looks. She's outgoing because people let her be since she is hot. Everyone likes you when you're a hot girl. Soon her hot looks will fade and she will find herself in the very sad world of being ugly, old, and completely ignorant to the fact that she never really amounted to anything. And now she can't even get guys to look twice.

Video games are a waste of time. There I said it. I used to play a lot, but dont anymore. I much rather read a book, play an instrument, or go to the gym. If you're letting video games ruin women for you than I cant imagine how porn is ruining sex for you. This is completely unnatural and toxic to your brain. If you think that some fake image on a screen is female perfection that the real world cant compare to than that is really really sad.

over-hysterical violence paranoia, and a discipline system that punishes boys for being boys. It's natural for young boys to engage in play fights, simulated battles, war, etc etc. That shit is natural. just like girls like to pretend dress up and be into ponies and stuff. Stop taking away the things that let boys be normal boys.

my best friend paid for his GF's college. I couldn't understand for the life of me. He thought she would get a high paying job. She didnt. she just stayed home and did nothing until he forced her to find a job. and it was a crappy paying one at that where she works insane hours. It is also OK for professional women athletes to sexualize themselves. Mackayla Marony. Olympic gymnast turned huge twitter attention whore. This is a girl who should be a role model for other girls and motivate them to have a passion and pursue a craft or sport. Instead she goes on the internet and posts half naked pics of herself for attention. Eventually she will go full slut and show her tits.

I highly doubt either of them are going to actually stick to that decision. Biologically, it's very very difficult for men to turn down sex. And if you're an athlete, you have it thrown at you daily. Lets be realistic here. Even the Beatles had massive orgies.

you can make the argument that you get a fun night with a pretty girl. that can be great if she is cool, normal, open minded, not annoying, and knows how to carry a normal conversation. And dates for me are usually very cheap. A good date can be really fun. But they're rare. Most dates are a chore and usually all I am thinking about is how much more of this before we have sex. Because sex really is the most fun you can have as an adult.

That publication is super slanted towards a feminist rhetoric. What's crazy is the lack of responsibility taken by these women. If you act like potential male suitors are rapist, you have to accept the fact that any self respecting man will reject you for it. If you have a belief, accept it's repercussions. Just like if a man believes in mgtow, he has to accept the fact that women will respond a certain way to him. And he's fine with that. This is an extremely childish approach. You cant cry boo…

Honestly, I think that's all relative to your threshold for commitment and hard work. If you really want to get fit and look like you lift, you will do it. You will literally not allow yourself to go one more day without lifting. Once that happens, it all becomes more or less easy. Then it's just a matter of time. Have you given up on life or something? You need to nip that in the bud right away. One of the best things you can do in life is to develop a healthy repulsion to your own flabby gut and start getting obsessed with hitting the gym 5 - 6 times a week.

I cannot judge another man's taste in women. I can only tell a man to be honest with himself. And if you are genuinely into big ladies, than more power too you! I have know guys who only date larger ladies because that's all they think they can get, and they retroactively convince themselves that they are attracted to them. So it goes back to being honest with yourself. My best friend is not very good with women. His GF is a large women. He has told me in the past how he would like to meet a gir…

All of my female friends are lesbians. I like them, they are great to talk to. I tend to have deeper conversations with them rather than with guy friends. We find a lot of commonalities in regards to relationships and dating. Its crazy that i never really thought about this until now. The only women that i could relate to and be friendly with are women who are not interested in men. I have 3 fairly close lesbian friends. Talking to them is easy because they always support you when you talk about…

Im surprised you didn't mention social media. Where one girl with a cute face and some good shot angles can take over reddits front page and get flooded with a monsoon of flattery and compliments. That guy has a lot of patience. The entire year+ ordeal was curated by his GF, + her family. And he was on the shitty end of the stick for the entire thing while his GF tried to recover. It's fucking horrible to be sexually rejected, to be in a constant state of doubt, TO BE CHEATED ON BY THE PERSON YOU LOVE. If it was me, I would have been gona long ago. But good for him for what seems like a happy ending, but something tells me she will cheat on him again. Or the entire thing is a made up stor…

This is so wrong on so many levels. That guy got laid, and he did it because he was persistent and knew that chick would fuck him if he just chipped away at her. That guy knew she was DTF, and he knew that all he had to do is be persistent. Being able to read that on a girl and act is game. Game is knowing what a chick needs to be lead to sex. it's that simple. and experiences with a lot of chicks will teach that that.

this is one of the most saddening things I have read. it really irks me, on a deep level, knowing the majority of "attractive" women have had way more sex than I have. I think its because as a man, I value sex. hence I pursue it as aggressively as possible with modest results. Women get it freely thrown at them. There's a part of me that thinks this is really unfair. but that's fucking reality! life aint fair. The solution is get out there and start creeping bars, bookstores, malls, supermarkets…

I dont agree with a lot of what you say there. Specifically about putting yourself in her frame when approaching. If you do that it's a sure fire failure right off the bat. And I dont believe you adopt approval seeking behavior. Remember I am not seeking her approval. But I am observing her reactions and manipulating her by doing certain things that I KNOW will yield a certain response. Learning these patterns is a huge part of "game". abundance mentality? really? even people who genuinely live in abundance can reply to a text message in a reasonable amount of time. OP is waiting 2 weeks which is absurd. By then this girl would have long forgotten about him. if she is hot she may have already met some other dude by then who is more than happy to give her attention, and OP's overgamey douchbag tactics will fall flat as she rolls her eyes and thinks "oh this guy, i forgot all about him already".

dude, you have no idea what you're doing. like at all. you can get the same effect after an hour delay. two weeks is ridiculous. imagine if somebody dead aired you for 2 weeks and then responded. you would think "wow i totally forgot about this person after 2 days of no response" being a massive jerk wont make her go into a sex frenzy for you. period. full stop. if it did everyone would do it.

I agree she is seeking alpha Fucks. But in this situation being a dick does not equal alpha. All she needs is a tiny bit of game, and normal convo with planned meet up logistics and he's done. Then after he Fucks her he ramps up the dick game to get her chasing. The point is to give the girl what she needs at this moment to get her to bed.

I disagree, I was raised with very little discipline. I had to teach it to myself in my mid to late 20s. The most motivational force I found was not tolerating mediocrity in myself. So basically the effort it takes to lift and approach almost everyday is less painful to me then allowing myself to settle into the comfort of sitting around and playing video games. I think that i…

my form is almost perfect when I am not maxing out. your average skinnyfat guy who wants to get his body together can not overtrain. he will faint from exhaustion before his body and muscle get damaged to the point of detriment. overtraining is an issue for powerlifters when the insane weight they lift can destroy their joints and break bones. a dude who cant squat his own bodyweight should be squatting almost daily (barring there's no pains) until he can. the overtraining myth slows down progre…

I've been aware of this for years, i've played a few amateur chess tournaments, and it was predominantly a guy thing. even moreso than video games. I never attributed it to sexism, I just figured it was a cultural thing that more easily imprinted itself on men. I would love to see more women play chess. But that would mean more women need to take an interest in chess, and that doesn't seem to be happening. blaming it on sexism is the easiest cop-out ever. fuck that.

Going direct is kind of like tounting her to shit test you. And if she is hot she deff will. If you Fuck up these shit test she slots you in with the rest of the beta losers.

You're dealing with a person who is very used to manipulating men with her looks and value. The best way to handle this is to simply ignore her. it's that simple. DONT TALK TO HER ABOUT IT, dont bring it up, dont acknowledged her. Act like you are in an amazing committed relationship and you're getting mind blowing sex 3 times a week. take up that frame. Dont fall back on some wimpy bullshit where you politely ask her to stop. come on dude... This chick is a pro manipulator. if you ask her to st…

I would advise everyone to get off facebook asap. One of the reasons is to avoid nonsense like that. A lot of people are narcissistic morons on there, and I realized that I was turning into one of them. The post above is a good example of patronizing and attention whoring.

it seems to me that the biggest thing stopping guys from marrying women is the fact that women in their 20s are just no longer interested in marrying guys. with feminism and the "you go girl!" mentality women see men as just toys and distractions instead of possible husbands. I think a ton of men like myself simply find it EXTREMELY frustrating to meet and talk to women today. I live in New York. the dating mecca of western society in a lot of ways. and I will say this. Unless you have a heart a…

this is so fucking spot on, and it's EXACTLY how I feel too. when I started this journey 10 years ago I was horrible at pickup, I was horrible after two thousand approaches as well. fast forward 6 years, a couple of LTRs a bunch of randoms lays, a massive focus on personal style, career, hobbies. Now I go back into pickup and I destroy. and even when I strike out (like we all do) it doesn't get me fucking depressed. this is one of the trickiest concept ever. and i think the problem is that people think of negs as things you say, or routines. instead it should just be a way you act to women who hasn't really earned your investment yet. I think guys who have figured out the correct frame to set with a girl will extract certain things they say to a girl and call them a neg. while this is true, that neg will only work within a certain frame. If you just try to lift the words without understanding the context an…

so are you celibate? i'm saying you should fuck as many women as you can, and only pick the select few for a LTR. and in order to fuck a lot of chicks you need to put in the self assessing work to get your game up. Game is one of the BET fucking skill-sets you can have. it literally helps you in almost all social interactions. If a guy has game, that guy is assertive, confident, fearless to a certain degree, and fucking alpha.

this should not be stickied. It is fundamentally incorrect. -you can not make a women accountable for what she is genetically driven to do -it wreaks of reverse feminism by saying women need to change. -it fails to understand how the real world works. the only good thing about it is that OP says we should have standards. Who doesn't fucking agree with that? You dont need to be dark triad MGTOW to know that, my mother told me that already. But saying we should hold women accountable for fucking a…

Good question. It's hypocritical too since is basically revers feminism. Holding women responsible? Are you kidding me? How about being a fucking rockstar in the sack and framing the relationship properly so she has as little incentive to stray as possible. This is the blame game that women have been playing for years, except reversed.

Isnt this the same shit as feminism though? us calling women out for doing what they are genetically programmed to do? how about stop worrying about it and become the alpha fucks Chaddington Thundercock they really want. you're on a fools errand dude. it's the equivalent of telling a guy not to wana fuck hot 20 year old chicks.

"The entire time, I remained in disbelief, wondering why such an attractive woman actually said yes to me. Even when I made the move, I wasn't serious because I assumed she would say no." You need to fix this about yourself. I used to be the exact same way. this is great advice that I need to watch about myself as well. I genuinely like to chat, I chat about random BS with my friends over text all the time, so my bairn thinks "why not with this chick?" truth is the more you say the more you give away about yourself. say the absolute minimum, at least until you start fucking the girl. some girls are different and will want you to chat by themselves initiating constantly. give them the bare minimum without coming off as rude. I'll check this show out, the trailer makes it look a bit boring though... still worth a look. I recommend everyone check out Californiacation though. the thing is, if you learn the frame control stuff, the cold approach game just becomes about what things NOT to do. The actual flow and what to say comes naturally. then again, I have done over a thousand cold approaches, and I still get nervous and fumble sometimes.

i like your tip, approach anxiety is a battle of will. it takes time and many many approaches to get over it. but eventually you do. I no longer have approach anxiety. I can approach any women anywhere, but that doesn't mean i'm comfortable doing it. it's still scary. but I figure that as a man it's my duty to meet women, am I going to let approach anxiety stop me? there are so many more things to do after you approach why are you going to let AA, the first challenge, stop you? that's my rationa…

this is GREAT. that means no alimony if you split. but your state might have laws dictating common law marriage. meaning that if you live in the same house together you might still be held under certain accountability to support her if you kick her out. i'm not saying you guys should split right away, I see others giving you good advice, just be aware of your legalities in this.

This is great advice. I've been through oneitis with my ex. it took me over a year to get fully over her. and we were together for 9 months. its a bitch. but the key is cut ALL contact. block her on everything, delete everything that reminds you of her. I used anger and resentment to finally get me to where I am now. Now I just see her as a normal girl who happened to be exactly what I needed 2 years ago, but dont anymore. secondly, you're in HS. pardon the harsh truth, but you're still an idiot…

you should avoid building theories off of your parents dude. it's weird, and toxic. ignore the dynamic between them, it can make you bitter and resentful. focus on bettering yourself and use the red pill theories in your own relationships. i'm sorry your parents are splitting. that can be hard. dont draw your mom out to be a cunt. try to love them both equally. after all, they're your fucking parents.

One of the things that drove me crazy about my ex was her reliance on the word "I cant". It got to the point where I made her write affirmations to help with her confidence issues. She actually went on to get a better job which I think she is happy with now. we broke up over a year ago. But yeah. most women I have met we're very weak willed, with the exception of one. and she was an amazing fuck as well, albeit not as good looking as the others.
