I'm in therapy, and I've only drank when I was in a situation with a high pressure to drink with friends (which has been a few times a year). Alcohol doesn't really appeal much to me (I'm a “be in control” junkie, being drunk is losing control, so I feel anxiety before parties where I know they expect me to drink), and will never do drugs.
