I want to feel normalised. I dont quite get that from MRAs. Gays are called repulsive, but lesbians are an exemption. Heterosexuality in media is okay, but not homosexuality. Children should have male and female parents; Gay couples shouldn't adopt. I hear these things from MRAs and men in general more often than I hear from women. Why is that?

I did unsubscribed to mensrights since mgtow was banned. I do like that everyone is fighting for mental health among men. However, stuff like, "we shouldn't normalise homosexuality in media aimed at kids" icks me. How is it any different than heterosexuality at those medias? I imagine it would even help the future generation become more open and accepting. It would also help the mental health of many lgbt kids which experience higher bad mental health statuses than their heterosexual counterpart…

In my experience as a gay dude, i felt and experienced more homophobia from guys. I really wish y'all are more accepting cuz I really can't be friends with women, I just dont vibe with them. But with men, I felt the need to hide my sexuality and tried to not include it in discussions (like talking about hookups, etc..). I found a couple of straight male friends who r totally awesome but years of bullying left a scar on me tbh.

Its usually cuz women tend to be less criticizing and more accepting of homosexuality. Even I am hesitant to make straight male friends and I generally feel uncomfortable because in my experience its straight guys who harbors/show more homophobia.
