Yes. Your skill will improve. 10% conversion rate from cold approach to number is good. Remember, texting is not for conversation. It's for setting up the next date. Just ask them when they're free next few days. Then say let's grab a drink {day+time}. Be the man and lead.

I'm gonna come to OPs defense and say cold approach is drastically different from situation to situation. I really don't like the "day/night" concept because it really is situational and more specific than that. Whether it happens to be day or night is kind of a misnomer. For example Trying to pick up a woman who's walking the opposite direction as you at 9am during rush hour on a crowded city sidewalk and she looks like she's in a hurry, that approach is going to be completely different from...…

I think you're probably right. My only hold-out of hope in this case is, perhaps she's not interested because the thinks I'm just looking to hook up w her. (I.e. maybe if she knows I'm interested in more, maybe she'd be more open to trying a date)

But, I'm gonna be a little bit annoying here, and ask how it's possible that texting a woman the day after a good date is destroying the mystery? I mean, the globally known reason that men even approach women in the first place is, they want to have sex with them. The mystery has already been revealed. There was never a mystery. Given that a woman still knows virtually nothi…

I appreciate your reply and that helps, but I still am frustrated by not understanding what does/doesn't count as chasing. I've read multiple books and many guides about dating women and it still doesn't make sense. It seems like you could behave identically with two different women and get the opposite result. If one likes you already then you're being direct and sexy. If the other isn't that into you, then you're chasing and thirsty and needy. Say she and I had a date on Friday, and both parti…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
