| 2 | When is explicit(verbal) consent ever given by women for initial intimacy(touching and kissing). Is this practiced in reality?I got downvoted bombed on my alt for saying that it was wrong that a dude and has class beat up a guy over a rape accusation. I said they have no idea if it was actual rape, half rape or not rape at all and this is what I mean, who actually says "do I have explicit consent to kiss you?"
