If a girl doesn't accept you because of something out of your control, like ethnicity, she's not worth your time. End of story. The flip side to this is that if you are a minority, you always have the exotic factor. You can either be frustrated that some people don't accept you, or spend time cultivating better options.

Confidence? Yes. You have to make a paradigm shift in your thinking. Who controls your confidence? You do of course. Even if you screw up, you learned a lesson. It comes down to self acceptance, a rare trait. If you can rely on yourself, it permeates through all of your interactions and becomes effortless.

I agree. You should work to your strengths, and ultimately your goals. The most important thing is to be comfortable and confident when you game- whether it's online, at the cafe or in the club. That's going to yield the best results. There is never a substitute to good communication skills. So it's good to develop them in a way that will allow you to progress and not be in stasis.

I'm 32. When I date younger girls, I find that they're more about having fun, learning and exploring. How you make them feel is key. They may not be at a point in their life where they have to face bills, their biological clock and friends' weddings. You can tell if they will be the clingy type or more aloof and care free very early on.

I think that I'm older than the average reader, but I changed my life completely. Getting girls is a side effect of living an awesome life. I can't believe the things that I accomplished since I started on this journey. I am more positive, happier and more successful. The first thing that everyone needs to do is to forgive themselves for their past, and shed it as easily as a coat. I could talk about the girls, but it has just become one facet of life instead of my focus.

Religion theme? I'll give three directly from the Buddha: Speak the truth. (Be authentic) Give whatever you can. (Abundance, give the gift of yourself, give without expecting reciprocity) Never be angry. (Be suave) These three steps will lead you Into the presence of the gods.

Hobbies usually work with dating in two ways: ways you can share and ways you demonstrate high value. You said you like hiking, so you can take her for a day hike. This is big for girls who are intrigued by the outdoors, but don't hike often. Or, you talk about it passionately: how you climbed Mt. Washington in the rain or that time you ran into a black bear. She might not want to participate, but she will be impressed by how you go on adventures and act bold.

The only one who cares about you being a virgin is...you. Put it on the back shelf, and focus on developing yourself and eliminating your AA. Focussing on your virginity so heavily is going to make it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Be present. Leverage your experience, wisdom and confidence. How are you different now from 15 years ago? How are you better than your old self? What do you want to work on to improve yourself? To girls of all ages, men can age like wine.

When I turned 30, I decided that it was time to get busy living. I pursued my passions, tried new things, got out of my comfort zone, travelled and set goals for myself. I improved my body language, tonality and social skills. Now, I am less angry, more open minded, and patient. I've become successful with women by my own standards. Why? Outcome independence. Rejection doesn't bother me. I think of my successes, and don't dwell on my past and my failures. I know what kind of women I like, and I'…
