This is from seven years ago, and it was revealed afterwards that she was just an awful manager, and all of her underlings took full advantage of the lack of professionalism in the workplace. I'm not saying that hiring exclusively women wasn't a bad idea, because it was, but that wasn't the main flaw in her plan. UNC didn't say any of that. Someone who may or may not work for UNC said that. There's a massive difference. If it had become part of the curriculum, sure, but it showed up on a faculty forum. Professors and adjuncts say weird shit all the time, but it doesn't mean the school itself holds anything they say to be true.
