Intrusive thoughts can be a symptom of stress. Let your doctor prescribe a low dose medicine to help eliminate them until you have successfully managed your internal and external world to eliminate the sources.

Kid time is what it is until you change it. She needs to stop acting forgetful about that standard you set. Its rude.

You dont owe it to her to throw your disgust at her and hope it offers clarity.

She is backsliding, scared, and losing traction of her integrity/character. No one is perfect. Im so sorry you experienced a divorce in this manner. It lacks class and quite frankly, I think its shyt she talks about you at all to a stranger who knows nothing about you...just fuel for her personal destructive fire. 😔

Im not undermining the extent of pain it can cause. Im diluting the actions down enough to get to the base. I dont see the point in a smear campaign. Ultimately, aside from fear/anger/rejection it just comes down to if there is a legal payout or if ya wanna put it on the sins pile and call your deacon/elder/parish/rabbi/priest. Otherwise its gossip for the rumor mill.

Yeah, I mean, what good is it to instigate a smear campaign? If its an affair its really just a religious sin and a cost "of doing business" if a valid reason to recalculate allimony. Who doesnt sin in one way or another? And, generally, who wants to pay the cost of burden of proof? Comes down to if you want to make drama and war lines, doesnt it? I personally want to spend energy elsewhere. I said "its a good run, not the forever one."

Its not cheating. Its a seperation. That means you both are sorting out your lives and frankly, what either of you do during that time doesnt matter because it leads to either reconciliation or divorce. I understand where youre coming from I think. You are considering marriage vows are in play during seperation, in the hopes you both will take the time to focus on each other and the marriage. It sounds like her mind is fairly made up and she is stretching her legs, changing the routine, getting …

Im doing the live in seperation thing and dating discreetly, even tho he knows. Like an unwritten contract, out of sight out of mind. But, that lasted a month. Im pulling the rip cord. Just more complicated than needed. He just hovers and when I stayed out overnight, getting back early to tend to house he was awake (never awake early!) to tell me "he would appreciate a check in phone call". My response? "I do not need to report to you where I am anymore. I had a great time and this conversation …

Yes. An ex did that to me. Just let them in, be cordial, humble, answer all their questions with respect and understanding. Show them what they want to see. Let them observe openly. It will pass. They are just doing thejr job.

I wouldnt do that. Second opinion. If I didnt have any reason to suggest I needed a psych eval Im not gonna spend time or money doing it. Overkill. Id fire the therapist actually for using me as a ginea pig for pet projects.

No, I made the leap. Porn was a problem for the EW but to your point, erotica goes under the radar and isnt discussed much. Where porn is super controversial, steamy bdsm romance erotica is inherently overlooked. So, with porn comes all the hang ups. With bdsm romance erotica, its never an issue we think women cant handle it. Women think men cant handle porn. Its ridiculous.

My grammas read steamy erotica 😆 Porn is not the issue. "Porn addiction" is way overdone in mainstream media. Cause my grammas been addicted for over 20 years and still leave thehouse to take care of stuff 😂

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
