I literally grew up smoking weed in this kids basement in high school in rural Montana. Poor guy, he had a rough go of it.

Yes. I’ve been noticing as I do more stretching at home, particularly stretches that spread my legs wide, how much trauma I am holding there- I can feel, as I’m leaning into the stretches, how much fear and “we shouldn’t do this” gets kicked up. I now know why I always felt uncomfortable in group yoga, it’s just too vulnerable. A few years ago I moved to rural Hawaii (after living in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and Denver) and I cannot express what has happened to my mental and emotional health, j…

Yes. I call it the “apatow effect”. I’m 33 and this has done a real number on millennial men ages 28-40.

It makes me very ill. I think people have varying levels of sensitivity to it, much like other synthetics. Many people would be able to eat synthetic colorants for example without being aware of any ill effects. I would be immunocompromised within 2-3 minutes and my hands and feet would begin to swell up noticeably. Same with synthetic fragrance, preservatives, basically anything that isn’t naturally occurring

It’s full of synthetic additives though like msg and other colorants and flavor enhancers, for someone with a chronic digestive condition it’s like signing up to be sick and inflamed for 48-72 hours

I recently got a side hustle with a real estate office for like 8 hours per week and am learning about how to do this on the real estate side. I completely agree that this is the only future for most millennials to own a home/land. What I am learning about titles and deeds is that during the transfer process, you can add as many names onto it as you want to, with specific percentages of who owns what. That takes care of things on that end. Then, you basically just need a co op board with elected…

They can do it though! Mine does! Our lives are centered around my menstrual cycle and my business, which he is now a 1/3 owner of. We structured it so that if the shit ever hits the fan, I am the decision maker of the business and am poised to buy him out if necessary. I did have to teach him how to play that role. But he was willing to learn and I think we both like it and feel a bit anarchist for not playing the roles we’re “supposed to”

I kind of have this! When I met my partner, he cashed out part of his 401k to fund the business idea that I wouldn’t stop talking about. Now as my business grows, he has basically become my wife. He does the majority of the cleaning, shopping, bills and laundry. I do a lot of the cooking but I like it and he cleans up. We’ve had a tough time getting here, he was not a good housewife at first and we had lots of discussions about gender roles, cleaning standards, etc. sometimes I do act like a 50s…

How do you go about this, how do you suggest to them that they send you wine or a gift card?

Yes, this is how I started dealing with all trauma actually, was during massage. As a result of some experiences of being hurt and treated poorly, I was totally disconnected from my body. Getting monthly massages for a year helped me so much to locate the trauma in my physical body and begin to be aware of where it was and what it felt like so that when I had a trauma flare up, I knew what was happening and how to deal. Stretching regularly (not necessarily “yoga”) has a similar effect. I still …

I know. That’s why it should be looked at more as investing in an asset that will increase in value over time. Most jewelry will not, but it’s easy to choose something that will if there’s research done. That’s why princess diana’s ring was a sapphire Will most sapphires grow in value? No. But some will if they are rare and high quality, here was a Ceylon sapphire and they just will always carry high value because there will be no new material ever mined. Montana sapphire for example have more t…

It doesn’t have to be! I used to be in the industry, and while diamonds are a scam as a general rule, other stones hold actual value that will grow over time if it is a good quality stone. That’s the ticket- getting an actual high quality stone and most folks don’t know the difference. You really need to look at stones under a loupe to see their market value. That’s why the jeweler has one up- so it’s set up to really be an ego game. It’s why most jewelers are men. I’m happy to see a lot of tale…

Whatever pisses you off is a key to your purpose- anger is extremely energizing and to do work that is aligned with your ancestral healing and karmic purpose, you’ll need a lot of energy. Figure out how you want to help the world and then start a small business or non profit. If nothing else, you’ll reduce your tax burden and learn a lot of valuable information about how American commerce works. You also might change the world. Women’s rage and passion is the only thing that ever has.

Why should women take the huge risks of pregnancy with a man who doesn’t give a shit about her and won’t stick around if there’s a baby? It’s literally like men don’t want to acknowledge that women take way higher risks from casual sex than men do. Men also are violent with women more often than not, which brings up a whole other set of risks that women face with casual sex that men don’t even have to think about. Have you ever had a horny, desperate man getting himself all worked up in an enclo…

I think war games I’ve been studying a lot and there is a certain technique to Invading a territory and rape and child abuse is a huge part of it. Then because men went through it together they become trauma bonded over it, simultaneously agreeing to never talk about it, then they came back and literally put that ugliness into women through their angry sex. The whole Jeffrey Epstein thing is the most modern iteration, but basically men have always used the line between shame/excitement over grou…

I used to feel that way too, I don’t anymore. It’s a sisterhood and there’s room for all of us. Better together- if you see someone who has what you want, be grateful for the chance to bear witness- that’s how we manifest what we want, when we can SEE it!

A lot of PCOS is a result of the hormones pumped into meat and dairy. Before fucking your body up with birth control, please consider experimenting with a Whole Foods, plant based diet for a month, and see if your period isn’t a whole lot better. I changed my whole physiology by changing my diet, and I know many other women who have done the same. There are lots of herbal remedies which are effective too without the side effects of bc. A good book is “women’s bodies, women’s wisdom” by Dr. chris…

What if it’s not about what you’re worth, and instead that diamonds are basically inherently worthless and have very little intrinsic value. I’m a woman, and I can’t stomach it even though I “like” the look of a diamond, I spent some time in the industry and now just would never do it Ditto for big wedding ceremonies. They are actually designed to just extract money out of (mostly) young and naive couples.

During my single times I got several massages per month. I got a membership somewhere so that it was more affordable and so it would actually make me do it. Human biologically NEED touch for mental and physical health. You are worth the money. Do it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
