Eh so a photo from the ‘highlight reel’ of having a kid. The other 95% of the time it’s not as easy, fun or idyllic.

Lol catch 22, unfortunately complaining it about it as a Man communicates that you’re low value and can’t get the options you want.

Because marriage is a bad business contract with an unacceptably high level of failure and potentially life destroying consequences. No thanks.

True but as an autistic guy I can see the potential for exploitation/abuse to be high. Like maybe if you’re knowingly or unknowingly willing to let yourself be used for sex it’s easier, but that comes with its own string of complications. That said I do feel on balance neurodivergent Women are subconsciously judged less by Men, than ND Men are judged by Women for dating/sex/relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/23 07:48 AM

This does my head in, how a fat Woman online in a bikini will get more positive attention than a shirtless guy who just spent a year getting in shape. Any displays of physicality from most guys (however slight) seem to repulse Women.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/23 09:08 PM

As an 6/10ish average guy, it’s because average isn’t good enough for most Women anymore. Even below average Women.

Part of their appeal is social proof, i.e. they’re attractive because other girls think they’re attractive.

It is but build in the time to find a partner, get to know them and seriously consider kids. That’s probably 2 years per person and attempting to have kids after 40 gets progressively harder and also arguably reckless as the risk of birth defects and disorders rockets. So 2 years, 30-40, that’s a max of 5 partners and that’s assuming you find them immediately and don’t fall out half way through.

And 95% of that 25% are probably taken at any one time, the hot cool girls don’t last long without options calling

Honestly I agree except for if she is hell bent on having kids. Stephen Shaw who was on Chris Williamson’s and Jordan Peterson’s show recently said from studies - if a Woman is childless at 30, she has at best a 50% chance of ever having kids. It doesn’t bother me in the slightest whether they do or not, individual choice, but for those who would be forever depressed by not achieving that, it seems like waiting until 30 to start dating seriously is a pretty horrible idea statistically, consideri…

This is complicated. Ultimately only the person knows themself but they should aren’t in a contractual arrangement to enter a relationship upon the delivery of sex.

This is true to a degree if your insta indicates displays of fun, wealth and social proof, i.e. popularity with other men and especially women then it’s only going to be an asset

Need to find some ultimate cope distractions, I’ve been thinking about this too. Brave New World style with some low risk but effective drugs, video games, hang with the bros etc

You’re conclusion that guys probably aren’t getting laid because of participation in misogynist communities has a slither of truth to it, but not because of the misogyny, rather what type of life and appearance and experience drives someone to start reading and posting in those spaces? Misogyny isn’t an automatic disqualifier from sex, considering that studies have shown Women are attracted to ‘benevolent sexism’ and as long as a guy isn’t overtly shooting his mouth about Women’s issues, I’ve se…

Put it this way, if I was looking to get into college. I’d rather 80% of the colleges including the worthless, weird and rubbish ones proposition me for a place, rather than have to proactively apply to tons of them and get rejected by 99 out of every 100 I apply for.

So I think this works well for Women until their 30s and high value Men maybe until they’re 50. But then if a guy is so powerful and attractive that he can pick, he’s just going to replace those mid-late 30s Women with younger Women in their 20s. Taking this to its logical endpoint, this will lead to is a ton of depression and loneliness in later years for Women first and even the high value Men later, as they themselves become too old to play the field and have nothing resembling longevity or l…

True, but the flip side of this is that most modern Women aren’t worth the effort. If you think most guys are becoming the best version of themselves just to get a chance with a entitled landwhale then you’re not living in reality.

The problem is as a guy, you’re needing to ‘improve’ often just to get your looksmatch, so for a lot of guys I can see the juice just not being worth the squeeze.

Couldn’t disagree more. Women’s selection criteria have remained the same, it’s just relative to Women the number of Men who are good enough has declined. Women are essentially pricing themselves out of a relatively quality mate by competing in the status hierarchy they select from.

Good middle ground here is to go for something inexpensive first, then if you hit it off then you can go bigger on the second date. If she’s put off by a low cost first date then maybe says more about her intentions and personality.

Simple solution to all this, don’t have kids. The world is a mess, your ancestors will forget you in three generations and the sun will blow up one day, it’s all an illusory evolutionary mindfuck

M32, my dating range is 23-33 and I would say my preference is 25-28, where its a good intersection of youthful beauty and “mature enough” personality-wise. If I was up to me I’d probably date late 20s for the next 20 years but i think you need some serious SMV as a guy to date young Women, if you’re in your 50s. It’s not always the case but anecdotally it does seem like nearly all the attractive cool Women are deep in LTRs by the early 30s, which I suppose isn’t surprising but quite depressing.

No. Existence is a shitshow and we’re governed by corrupt sociopaths in a reality filled with more suffering than joy and the future is even bleaker all things considered. Disease, murder, starvation, abuse, torture, deceit, exploitation… is it really fair to bring sentient life into such a reality? And that’s without even starting on the cost, sacrifice, energy and effort needed to do as good a job as possible.

Men are just way more visually turned on as a single cue than Women are. Gay men don’t seem to have many problems in this area for example

Women are judged way less for living at home with their parents in their 20s and even 30s to save money on rent for a house purchase. A lot of them could be saving 25-50% of their salary by doing this compared to Men who would never get laid or taken seriously living at home.

I wouldn’t mind them earning slightly more, but frankly it’s emasculating and esteem-destroying to be in a position where you can’t afford to do the same things because they earn a lot more than you. I would also have an underlying feeling that I’m a failure and need to overcompensate in other areas of the relationship like physical attractiveness and housework, both of which aren’t desirable to do more often than them.

A few things I can think of in no particular order: older Women generally have more baggage, so it’s more likely with a younger Woman that she’s experienced a smaller number of bad relationships Men biologically prefer younger Women for innate fertility signalling As a M31, more Women at my age are way more ready and wanting to have kids. Dating a Woman age say 24-28 gives you more years of breathing room to enjoy the freedom of a childless relationship before that idea becomes stronger Women on…

The first rule of fight club… The way I see it, there are some elements of TRP that unfortunately work. I say unfortunately because Women seem to inherently love it if you’re a minor dick but I would like to simply be a nice person.

Thought about this before. Men are just more easily horny than Women that is the problem. It underpins our drive to do almost anything. If they came up with a pill to massively dull our sex drive this might work.

That’s just silly. Bodybuilding is slightly objective but still largely scored and athletics is won by speed or distance. You can be skinny, slim, curvy or fat, or do some really niche fetish and still make loads on OF. There was a woman who dresses up as a dog making $15k/month. What’s the sports equivalent of that?

You think I’d earn as much sucking dicks for 12 years as I would on OF as a hot girl building a sales funnel through social? I only have one mouth I can’t scale to enough dicks honestly.
