Judge wasn't impressed I'm not, I'm saying that as the population is less prone to those crimes it can make sense to let them off more often/give them lower sentences even when they are accused/convicted. For instance, i could see women favoring less forceful methods of robbing someone when compared to men, and this may be looked at more favorably. Men commit a disproportionate amount of crimes compared to women, or is that taken into account?
