What about hard working, intelligent, kind, sober, AND CONFIDENT men? Are they beta or alpha? 1	This engineer says that men are discriminated against in engineering fields. Women of average ability are being hired before men with better qualifications. Do you have anything to add? I work at a big tech company, and was recruited right out of college (i'm a dude, fyi). All of my female classmates were heavily recruited. The company reps would go out of their way to make sure they engaged the 3 girls out of the 90 people at the recruiting sessions, for example. So that could be part of the explanation- big tech companies, or at least the one I work for, very actively recruit women. Now, that doesn't mean all these girls are instantly given job offers. 9	Proof that when rape is accused, the man is guilty until proven innocent. It took concrete proof to free this man after 22 years who was sent to jail on the mere words of a woman.
