Yes they make above average money but a fintech bro blows them out of the water. I'm also surrounded by women and 60% of them have a bf/husband in tech because it pays WAAAY more for fraction of skill and effort. Having a bf who is in tech IS a status symbol. It isn't about people not giving arguments, it's about the lack of arguments to begin with.
