Can’t wrap my head around blaming yourself for her infidelity and making excuses for her. You think it’s going to be the same thing if it was the other way round? Seek legal advice and get alimony. Good luck

Get a divorce lawyer that has a deep understanding of family law and the divorce process. She can give verbal agreement to the aforementioned things and screw you over later. Don’t be like my brother. Get an attorney. Happy to help.

Take care of yourself. Allow yourself to process your emotions before making any drastic decisions. Women are not known to be accountable so she might want to turn it on you. If you can, find more incriminating details then decide what step to take next.

Hey man, you can’t allow this. Having her keep the house, $250k in assets and still pay that much in CS. It’s ridiculous. I really do think you need the advice of an attorney who specializes in family law and has experience with financial settlements. Happy to help.

Yes. And that is why I’ve suggested that. Your personal attorney can make or mar you. You need ma family lawyer who specializes in family law and has experience with financial settlements. He came through referral.

From my experience, hire a good legal advisor.

I’m sorry but how did you lose $250,000 fighting for custody?

There are other ways to go about it. I was in a similar distressing situation. Thankfully it’s all sorted out. Don’t do something you might want to regret.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
