Bruh you are talking a lot of shit, the only tissues that truly need glucose are parts of the eyes, small part of the kidney, testicles( fructose if im not mistaken), red blood cells and parts of the nervous system. As long as these get their glucose fix you're good. About fiber, yes bacteria make beneficial compounds form it, but so do they from bile acids, amino acids and fats.
