Agreed. I think there’s a lot of bark on this sub but when it comes down to it many will not follow through. Doesn’t mean that the bark is wrong though

Not wrong, but this is basically just a more positive rewording of TRPs “they’ll whore around in their early 20s and then when they’re ready to settle down they’ll find someone and treat them very differently in terms of sex”. Nothing inherently wrong with that, but some people aren’t interested in someone who’s changed in that way.

As a man: Me and my partner use toys and it doesn’t phase me in the slightest because at the end of the day I know that if we wanted to I could get her off(which is 1/2 the point of sex) myself, but why make that mandatory rather than optional? I don’t want my partner (or myself) watching porn for many reasons, but the most obvious is the fact that if she’s feeling horny then I want to be involved, and if I’m involved then she’s got no use for porn. Anecdotes aside, you’re setting up an extremel…

Sounds like you just don’t have healthy interactions with people and/or have those judgements internalized. I’m a dude who hugs plenty of those groups and don’t worry about any of that or have had any of those judgements vocalized towards me

Not to mention the whole “haha you majored in gender studies and aren’t gonna make money” bit is objectively incorrect. The average liberal arts graduate has a higher income than the majority of trade jobs

The only women saying that are angry Twitter users and at their core most likely don’t literally believe it. Generalizing like this isn’t gonna help anything

Jersey Shore is not specifically women’s culture

Im a male and absolutely strongly disagree with you on that. There are masculine traits that, when pumped up to extremes, are very toxic

Read through a few of your comments and it seems you’re trying to make the statements “Women are attracted to physically attractive men” and “women are attracted to certain intangible traits in men” mutually exclusive when in reality they’re often closely linked

The difference between this future and the one Japan is currently going through is the normalization of those types of dynamics

Bruh you are moving the goalposts like your life depends on it. Just move on from this one lol you were screwed as soon as you misconstrued such basic information as Year vs Subject count

Honestly one of the things I love most about living in Seattle. Even if it comes across as a bit pretentious sometimes the health centric mindset is great

So you’ve never had it mean anything? That isn’t average, so idk why you’re asking people to hold your same opinion on the matter when your opinion is clearly not based on how most other people feel

Belittling a person into not trying for better is a pretty common abuser strategy. And it does work

Seems like she just didn’t want a serious relationship at the time. So long as she didn’t lead him on I don’t see why that’s a problem, her loss but her decision

Not an incel myself but my friend is headed that way. He was horribly bullied by girls in middle and high school for his looks. His parents are great he loves them dearly and they have a great relationship

If sex means nothing to you then I pity you, I hope you find someone that makes it something again

As someone who’d never entered a gym until first year of college. This is incredibly true and important to hear, plus: Don’t be self conscious about being new or bad. No one is paying attention to you at the gym/on your run. No one cares that you’re skinny/fat/disabled/whatever. So long as you’re just doing normal workout stuff no one will give you a second thought. Seriously, do what you need to do and disregard others.

Something I think that goes under appreciated is that while modern feminism has certainly vilified the idea of the classic housewife, equally responsible are our economic systems for driving it to extinction. It simply isn’t possible for the average man to support himself, a wife, and children anymore. So naturally a woman has to get a job to support the family unit, and thus has less time to be a homemaker.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
