I'd say a 4-5. A lot of "beauty" really stems from how one conducts themself (clothing, hair, body language etc) and a woman considered ugly can probably significantly better their attractiveness

The thing is, people of both genders sometimes work lower paying and part time jobs. Therefore for there to actually be equality the pension should be changed depending on the job.
