She did a pretty good job if you ask me. She went against her fathers advisement and turned Ozzy into on of the biggest acts on the planet. Ever heard of Ozzfest? That was her idea. But yeah, having a father in the biz does not hurt.

No. He fired Ozzy. Sharon, against her fathers wishes, took up managing his career. She hooked him up with some top level musicians and songwriters and built him a new band. Her father did manage Black Sabbath tho, so I suppose he got Ozzy started.

She was actually was pretty instrumental in Ozzy's career. Her father was a top tier record label executive, and she was Ozzy's manger/agent/girlfriend. She is probably one of the reasons he didn't fade into obscurity after he was fired from Black Sabbath.
