Sure, but how are you gonna take the power from men who control over 90% of arms and ammunitions in this world and wouldn’t need to use any of it to start mass slaughtering women?

Agreed.

Consent can be revoked mid act but not in retrospect. Assume a woman and I are doing it consensually and if something she does triggers some past trauma in me and I say can we please stop and she stops, that is perfectly fine. If I and a woman have sex and after the fact I find that I didn't enjoy it or if my friends ridicule me for sleeping with a woman like that and then I cry rape, that's not okay.
/r/MensRights06/07/24 06:49 AM

That’s exactly the difference. It isn’t sexual assault if you enjoy it and consent to it. No woman asks for their abuser’s number. Dont cry sexual assault when u go around asking for your abuser’s number, you trivialize real sexual assault against men when you do shit like this and feed into the narrative that men are sex hungry animals and should be grateful for any female attention that comes their way.

Man, I really gotta ask you a question that I hope you had asked yourself a long while ago. "Bruh, are u really gonna spend time listening to the definition of a "real man" from someone who has no experience of even being a man?"

Admitting Anything u tell me, assuming it were true in the first place- doesn’t change anything for those men right now. They’ll still die. All it’ll do it feed into the ego of people like you while having changed nothing.

Wait, so now the gender of the perpetrator becomes relevant? Why? If a woman is raped i dont ask if the man was black or white or indian or muslim. We try to provide support and stand in solidarity with the woman. Shouldn’t be extend the same sympathy towards those men who will die fighting a war they didn’t want?

Force me to sign up and i’ll start killing my own men the first chance i get. Even if i die. The whole time i wont follow orders no matter how much you beat me up and you better not give me a gun or im killing you with it. If enough of us randomly become serial killers it'll be a deterrent for government to force people without their consent to sign up.

U dont need to be the majority for something to be a problem. If 30 people out of 100 are facing a situation in your society and you say that they aren’t 51 or more so i’ll ignore their problem, it makes u a fucked up ruler, not a just and fair one.

Do you like being tested in a relationship? If not, you have your answer right there. Im faithful to my gf and I never go through her phone or confirm alibis when she says she is going to go out with friends. Why? Because I shouldn’t have to do all this in a loving relationship, its about trust… she hasn’t given me a reason to be distrustful so I shall trust her blindly because thats how love should be. Since, i trust her blindly, i expect the same kind of treatment from her. If she were to, say…

Precisely. But your statement which i replied to was replying to a guy talking about how male strippers get groped a lot more in comparison to female strippers. He then talked about how he was sexually assaulted four times in his life. Your response to this lad was that women get assaulted a lot more than 4 times, so my question to you is… what is this lad supposed to do with this information? Shut up because he isn’t as bad off as women? Would you have the courage to tell a woman who is talking…

But does the sexual assault of women negate the sexual assault of men? This isnt a math equation with mens and women’s sexual assault on either side so you can cancel them out. Sexual assault is a problem common to both genders. Both genders should unite to fight it.

Easy loop hole. Every 2 years and 364th day. Ask your gf to move out and break up. Patch up and move in the next day. Ofc this requires that ur gf is okay with you protecting yourself if things ever get bitter between the two of you because of the way laws are structured. That way the gf never stayed on your property for more than 3 years.

There are no benefits to getting circumcised. If there was an actual biological advantage, we’d have evolved to not have foreskins. They exist for a reason. Let the child decide when he comes of age, if he wants a foreskin or not. Dont impose your beliefs on him.

You know, you can just use a bucket and a mug to bathe. It wastes less water than showers and is better for the environment and using the mug to bathe yourself allows u to control where u wish to pour the water and where you dont wish to.

I have long hair mate, and enjoyable or not is a state of mind. Sure it takes longer for my hair to dry, but whether or not I enjoy the rain shower is upto me. Then there is the other thing, in India we use a bucket and a large mug to bathe. The mug allows us to wet only those areas of the body that we wish to wet. Bucket baths also conserve more water and are better for the environment. This woman is free to use a bucket and a mug to bathe. These are common items that almost every household or …

I wouldn’t want you personally on this group just because you are an anti-feminist. Why we have gathered here isn’t to whine and oppose feminism. Why we have gathered here is to raise awareness regarding men’s issues. To protest, to agitate, to organize and to create a space where men can speak about their issues without being judged. If the above resonates with you then you are welcome to the sub. But simply being an anti-feminist doesn’t cut it. In fact, I am okay with even a feminist joining …

Sometimes women will pull scams. They’ll get into your car and try to extort money from you saying that if you don’t pay up, she’ll scream sexual harassment. Help men, don’t help women. With a man the worst you’ll get is mugged or killed. With a woman the worst you’ll get is a registration on the sexual offenders list. Mate, you’re reducing a man’s worth to mere biology. Humans have a society as well, where men and women are considered equal. If you’re going to only reduce men to their biological worth then let me do the same for women. Women are very valuable biologically and so they shouldn’t go to work and stay in the kitchen because driving to work can cause accidents and depending on what kind of work it is, they may get into workplace accidents. Dont date women who join groups like that. Simple. Women who join groups like this have very messed up perceptions of men. Also discussing sex and dating with others outside the relationship is trashy behavior. Because when a man chooses to have sex with a woman, he is choosing to be vulnerable infront of her, for her to spread that vulnerable moment with a bunch of online strangers is not the quality you want in a woman anyways.
/r/MensRights09/04/23 01:52 AM

I definitely don’t want a woman like that. That just sounds manipulative. While I go out in the open world and work, she sits her ass at home and does things i could pay a maid or a prostitute to do. And “lets the man have sex”? This sort of a woman treats sex as a favor, not as something she enjoys doing with her husband. I’d rather just pay her for the trouble if she’ll treat it as a favor.

That is precisely where you are wrong, when a market for a commodity is removed, new players come in to fill the place of the lost market. Governments have singlehandedly destroyed the market for drugs being sold legally, this didn’t make people stop wanting drugs neither did the market for drugs disappear, it just became illicit. This is the same as what will happen if the market for only fans and porn was removed, it’d be replaced by new players and would go underground. I never said anywhere …

Bro, im not arguing with u further until u read keynes’ law. Economy was an example to illustrate what i was trying to say about onlyfans… since it is also a commodity ( a service to be precise ) which is bought and sold, so rules of economics apply to onlyfans and porn as well. But the truth is that men want sex and cant get it as much as they’d like…this leads to an excess demand for sexual release. Which, porn and onlyfans supplies and monetizes. Yes, people LITERALLY wanted one device that does everything rather than carrying a calculator, calendar, weather report, news alarm clock etc. It is called convenience. People want convenience and someone realized that it would be a lot more convenient if they could merge all of the above since they’d be able to sell convenience in a small package. So then they created a convenient product because they knew that convenience sells and the advertised it to let everyone know that there exists a pr…

I can think of one such example in india where feminist lobbies in india sent a petition to the supreme court asking for equal property rights for a woman after their father dies and doesn’t leave a will. Before the law was amended if a man had a son and a daughter and the father died without a will, all the property would go to the son unless a will explicitly stated that the daughter had a share as well. As much of a MRA as I am, i am all for this particular lobby by indian feminists.

Ask her if she’d ever date a rapist if he had done his time and had come out of prison as a rehabilitated citizen. If she says “no” then you have your answer. Don’t date a woman who has falsely accused someone before, if she can do it to them she can do it to you.

It literally says that because men can file counter-complaints against women in cases of rape, hence rape laws shouldn't be gender neutral. In essence they are saying that since the change in law makes it easier to misuse, it shouldn't exist. Now Let me extrapolate their own logic of opposing something because there is potential for misuse to say the following "SInce women can file false complaints of rape, rape shouldn't even be a crime." Do u see how fucked up this sounds now?

You’d think that because women have been served a shit sandwich for ages that they’d understand, especially after studying gender studies, that we’ve been eating shit sandwiches too its just that one has a constipated turd and the other has diarrhoea. But nope, its more of a contest of which sandwich is worse, one with a constipated turd or the one with explosive diarrhoea.

The magic word here is consent. Men are desperate enough for a release to pee in the open. Women have no right to enter a men’s room since men inside the room don’t consent to a woman watching them pee.
/r/MensRights19/10/22 03:41 AM

/r/MensRights20/09/22 04:48 PM

That’s not what I meant. Asking doesn’t have to be begging. Asking can be sexy depending on how creative you get. Sometimes non-verbal cues can affirm consent. You could take your wife out on a date and then come back and tell her while gazing into her eyes that her lips look irresistible and that you would kiss her if she wants to. If she leans in for a kiss you can proceed from there. No begging involved, sounded pretty sexy too.

Say what you will about me but anyone who believes in men’s rights is going to tell you that we respect women and their consent. If that makes us seem weak then so be it. But If I ever marry, I am going to treat my wife as my equal and would treat her as I’d like to be treated.
/r/MensRights07/08/22 06:54 AM

Marriage doesnt imply shit. Just cause a woman married me doesn’t mean I am gonna sleep with her whenever she wants me to. The same goes for her. Also, while it is true that we don’t know if a woman wants sex until we go for it, going for it means asking respectfully if she wants to have sex, not taking off her pants and taking her from behind only to get kicked in the nuts cuz she ain’t into it.

Just ask them one simple question. “What does it matter if it is men doing it to other men? Does it invalidate the suffering of the victim?” “If a woman raped another women? Would we not consider it rape or say that the victim’s suffering doesn’t count because it was a woman who raped her?” Violence is violence regardless of the gender of the perpetrator, and efforts should be made to stop the violence rather than saying “its men/women/muslims/ black people doing the violence.” And wipe your han…

I think most MRAs would be approving of your identity, also your identity is your identity, we do not and should not have any business telling you to feel like a man or a woman. So yeah, in that way i think MRAs would welcome you with open arms if u wish to learn more about men’s rights activism. Feel free to share your story, i’d love to listen to what you have to say.

I will be frank with you. Being a Trans woman isn’t compatible with being an MRA because you are a woman. We aren’t against women, but you’ll find that MRAs only deal with men’s issues and feminism only deals with women’s issues. Since you are a woman, you’ll find it very hard to have any of your issues to be fought for by MRAs. However, if the question is, are MRAs accepting of your gender identity? Then yes, we are. If you say you wish to identify as a woman, i think any decent person will acc…

Rape is almost always never just rape. There are other charges as well. If u hit the woman/man during rape thats assualt and battery. If u drug them and take them elsewhere to rape them then thats abduction. If u slip something in their drink and then force yourself on them then that is also not just rape. If you take pictures of the rape and the victim is a child then that creation of child pornography and child abuse. What exactly is ur point? Rape is almost never only just vanilla sex.
/r/MensRights11/12/21 03:21 PM

So the point that i am trying to drive at is that, “rape isnt a word you can use lightly.” And u dont seem to get it. What makes rape horrible is that you as an individual have no say in the matter of what happens to you. If you are lucky, you’ll get away with just sex and feeling violated. If you are unlucky and your rapist thinks you’ll snitch, you’ll get tortured and killed. And none of it is in your control. So people who say something along the lines of i wish i was raped dont understand wh…

A female version of this actually did happen. Go to google and type “nirbhaya delhi rape case.” Someone raped a woman on a bus in delhi, used iron rods to pull her intestines through her vagina. She died.

Really? You think you’d want to be raped? Do u even understand what rape means? Let me show u. Alright. Lemme play a rape scene for u. Protocol- since rape is non consensual, you have no say in how you want to be raped and how you don’t want to be raped and who will rape you and who wont rape you. With that out of the way, lets paint out how rape usually is. Your high school teacher is a good looking woman. Fair, blonde, unmarried with a great pair of breasts and wide hips. I am from India and this is true to some extent. However, in India’s case truth is a bit complicated. How true these statements are have to do with the poverty levels of the household and their place in the caste system. Generally, poorer households continue to hold these values. Whereas well to do families, due to their increased access to western culture and the fact that they live in metropolitan cities has caused the current generation of women to break away from these problems. Payback? How exactly do they intend on exacting the payback from us? The only reason feminists protest instead of trying to bomb the parliament or trying to assassinate the president and fighting the military is because they literally can’t. You can’t exact payback, talk about payback when you can actually overthrow the government and everyone in power.

Why is transgender an adjective but male and female are nouns? Thats discriminatory no? Transgenders should be treated exactly the same as men and women. So even transgenders should be a noun, now there may be many sub-heads under transgenders depending on how you transition and I think those should be nouns too. So that everything is fair lexicology-wise. Anyway, whatever sails your boat, i aint concerned about looking smart anyway. I will stick to transgenders cuz that way i treat it as a noun…
/r/PussyPassDenied16/10/21 10:59 AM
2

Nah bro by that logic it would be man people, woman people, its stupid. Transgenders is easier to apply and more consistent with the logic of the language. Also a language is what we make of it, if enough people use transgenders instead of transgender people, then the convention will just become transgenders instead of transgender people.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/10/21 10:37 AM
1

So then what’s the plural if you want to refer to several transgender people?
/r/PussyPassDenied16/10/21 06:43 AM

But transgender is definitely a word. I just explained what it is.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/10/21 06:26 AM

Transgender people and transexual people are different. Transgender people are biologically of a particular gender but have their gender changed because they do not identify with the gender they are born. Transexual people are people who are born with both male and female genitalia or male and female secondary sexual characteristics such has having a penis but also breasts or having a masculine body but having only a vagina but no mammary glands to actually support the child.

/r/MensRights29/09/21 04:11 AM

Doesn’t matter at all, if the case goes to court, the girl is on the recod as an accused. That’s enough to make her life difficult. Getting a visa will be difficult, getting a gun liscence will be difficult, getting employment will be difficult. Once you are on the database your life will be more difficult than usual. I think thats fair retribution for a slap. Also what country are you from?
/r/MensRights29/09/21 04:06 AM
1

Well even if it isnt taken seriously, the police are obligated to write a complaint if it is a cognizable offense or else they can be charged with negligence of duty. So you can force them to write your complaint even if they dont take action. Simply having the complaint written and entered on police records can ruin the girl’s future employment prospects because when the employer does a background check, an assault and battery charge will crop up.

Here is the thing, if a feminist tells you that all of men’s problems are due to misogyny and patriarchy you dont need to prove them wrong. You can simply question their credibility. The argument you make should be, that since you are a feminist and feminism claims to fight misogyny and patriarchy ofcourse it would be in your interests to link all problems to misogyny and patriarchy because you would get a new person to join your movement without having to solve the actual problem and you get to…

Thats a clever way of closing avenues to discuss what is wrong with what you just said. By saying men are trash, you try to trigger me since i am a man, and you set forth a pre-condition that I am not allowed to express my feelings on your statement or else I am trash. I actually looked up if a post such as “ I am an MRA and I like Femininity” has ever been posted on this sub. Nope. Never, not once. MRA are not concerned with how women behave or how they should behave. MRA are concerned with the issues that men face in the society today such as male mental health, male reproductive health, double standards in society, legal regulations which are discriminatory towards men, reproductive rights, male genital mutilation etc.

A rich woman may have better access to eduction than a poor woman in india who will probably never be educated. And yet again you are wrong. Men don’t own a vast majority of wealth and power, 1% of people in the world own it. The free drinks was simply an anecdote, not an argument. The argument was about consistency in belief. Also i didn’t assume that you in particular are inconsistent. If you have consistently supported equality and fought sexism in all hemispheres of your life even when it didnt benefit you or actively harmed you then yes, you are a feminist/ Men’s rights Activist/ egalitarian. If there isnt consistency in the way you implement your belief system in your life then you can’t call yourself a feminist. Erections happen without reason. I could be sitting in class focusing on economics with no sex on my mind and it might get hard, but me being hard in that situation doesn’t mean i am thinking of sex. Sometimes you get a boner if it is too cold or if you are stretching. This doesn’t mean we are turned on either. Sometimes we may be thinking of sex and may be turned on, but just having en erection is not indicative of consent. We might have an erection but may not want sex for whatever reasons.

Nobody is hating women here. We just discussing life options when it comes to partners. For all you know I could be gay, would that make me a male hater?

I am definitely not going to test waters again. She said she likes me as a friend which means no. A no is a no. And so any further efforts that direction in my dictionary is harassment. I am not a man who harasses women because I have self respect and also respect for other people’s consent.

She is incapable of doing anything for me. Because anything she can do, I can do better ( I am speaking in terms of college activities; she isn’t good at sports, i can cycle 100km at a stretch with ease, i can pay my own fees through the online website- she needs help, i get better grades than her across all subjects). I know that I will almost never need her help with getting through anything college throws at me. I don’t ever vent at her because ; A- I dont talk about my feelings. Its pointles…

Its about a woman and the supposed “glass ceiling” she faces. And now that she is at the top, she doesn’t like her job. Under this post there are comments like they want to be at the top but when they reach the top, they don’t have what it takes. If this isn’t woman hate and also unrelated to Men’s rights …

Alright, this fucking pissed me off. You are lucky you live in a first world country. In my country here are the issues women face. getting married at 7 not being sent to school because they are going to be married off anyway so why bother educating them getting raped getting leered at getting molested having indecent remarkes thrown at them beingp payed less for the same job in the informal sector. When men are hired as casual labor they are payed twice as much as women and if the job is someth…

This is just untrue. Women do have their own sets of problems and comparing the misery of one person to that of another person is invalidating their experience. Assume you were a male rape victim and feminists dismissed you by saying some rubbish like “male rape is anyways only 1% of the total number of rapes”. I would argue in such a case that behind the value of that 1% is an actual man with an actual live, he experienced something horrific. By showing 99% of instances where it didn’t happen d…

I was just about to link that post thanks for doing it for me... i saw it yesterday and was like “this is nonsense, those rich men who sleep around with a lot of women will be the first ro get buttfucked by this law since they have a lot to lose if this gets passed”
/r/MensRights14/04/21 04:17 PM

No we do have plenty of research material. I agree with you on that. What i mean to say is that research material and mens rights should be the primary focus rather than gaslighting women. When i said free speech doesn’t make us better i meant that it is the bare minimum that any sub should have. r/feminism doesn’t have it, and thats fuckall but us having it doesn’t make us superior by default. We will be superior by the virtue of us not hating feminism or women and strictly talking about only m…

/r/MensRights14/04/21 04:10 PM

Sure, for starters our rules should have - no misandry and misogyny rule. Our subreddit should focus strictly on men’s issues which i believe can be done without antagonizing feminists or feminazis. Why shouldnt we hate feminazis you ask? Well you can hate them... i hate them... but i think this group is strictly meant for men’s issues. So if i see a post saying “this woman is touching a child and taking pics with it withour the child’s consent, imagine if the genders were reversed” i think that…

And yet again you have missed my point, my brother. Having free speech or tolerating opposing views doesn’t make us better. It is the bare minimum any movement should provide on their space. Feminists dont provide it and that’s their movement’s problem, our movement shouldn’t just go home and get sleep saying but atleast we dont ban people... we have to be better than that. We have to talk strictly about men’s issues. We also need to share academic studies, research and use our massive numbers t…

But i don’t understand why our movement has anything to do with feminism at all. Sure they can hate men and I would argue that their hate isn’t as misplaced as we like to think. Women across literally do face leering, molestation and rape on a daily basis. Just today when i was out running i saw a couple of guys stop their bike to check out a girl and then drove away. If a woman did that to me i sure as heck would knock her block off. For that woman i saw on the street today being angry at men w…

Yes, of late i have been reading more in r/MensLib rather that r/MensRights which is a shame because r/MensRights in my opinion should be the flagship subreddit for all male care related things. And hence we should hold ourselves up to a higher standard.

Its not about victimization alone, your point is absolutely valid but I believe that a men’s rights group should be to focus on law and policy making that supports men such as laws for false accusations, criminalization of male rape, fairness in child custody, fairer laws on alimony and child support, better healthcare for men, better mental health support for men, non-compulsory drafting for men or compulsory drafting for women as well, these are the kind of issues i want readings on, thoughts …

This is something i must disagree with. It i see a woman or a man getting sexually assaulted or beaten by a man or a woman i am going to intervene. Its not because i am expendable but because i am a human and i believe in creating a society where any other human would do the same for me.

Men’s day isn’t about oppression. It is about recognizing that men are committing suicide, its about recognizing that men feel lonely, unloved and powerless sometimes, its about realizing that a lot of us have nobody to talk to. Calm down, male curfew can literally never be imposed. Like it or not, we hold most of the political power in this world. You think we men will just sit and take it like pussies? No we will rise against it and revolt and rebel and even start a revolution to topple governments if needed.

The very second slide had me saying nope. “As humans we generalize things.” Nope. Humans don’t generalize things. If we did mankind wouldn’t have progressed this far. Some Stupid humans have a tendancy to generalize things because; A- it makes it simpler for them to understand. B- it fits their concept of everything is good or bad, black and white. Most Smart human beings are likely to understand that generalization depicts an inaccurate picture of the landscape under study. One must look at the…

As a Men’s right supporter I have to say that the OP does describe a situation that is true but at the same time he doesn’t completely understand the situation either. Facebook, instagram, reddit or any other social media platform is a privately owned business which means whether what you post on it stays on the platform or not isn’t in your control. It never was. So acting like you are entitled to free speech on any platform is basically something you aren’t entitled to in the first place. So t…

First of all, thanks for your comment. I would love to discuss this further with you. Now, to address your concern. While my evidence may be anecdotal since these are my experiences, I think you might find some of it relatable. When one has a discussion/ argument on anything, often times there is an inherent belief that one will lose if one is proved wrong. We all are victims of this mentality since we often fail to account for the fact that it isn’t our loss to be proven wrong. However, it is o…

Well, most people who lack intelligence are quite likely to speak in blanket statements such as, “women are like this” or “men are like that”. What both sides fail to realize is that grass appears greener on the other side since each lack the experience of being on the other side. A lot of these low intelligence people often study feminist theories and meninist theories and delude themselves into believing that they are smart since now they are capable of using social science jargon to say to ot…

Yep. A lady can rape a man and then send the raped man to prison for raping her. Its not a crime to rape men who aren't minors. You can rape men who aren't minors in India and there is no law that punishes such a criminal. If u rape a minor then you may be punished under the child protection law.

Having kids or not is someone's personal choice. If it makes me an asshole and selfish because I do not want my sperm to impregnate a woman then so be it. Its also ironic how women say my body my rights but then suddenly I am an asshole and selfish for exercising my rights over my sperm cells produced by me.
