1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap I genuinely hate this argument. When you look at earnings of millenials, the earning rate is 95% and in high skill jobs women are actually earning more. A woman who started working when black people had to attend separate schools should be able to comprehend why the shitty system pays her less.
