ok rule 1: forever after never ever put personal things on the Internet. EVER. Doesn't matter WHAT IT IS, reddit or other, NEVER EVER. That's the rule. That's been the rule since the 90's and somehow today's generation forgot. Well you got a happy reminder, didn't you? That's the rule. FOREVER. I'm not even sure how she found the account, it's not tied to my email. But if you do post anything personal online you just need to use a VPN and not tie the account with personal information such as ema…

The best advice I've received on this matter is to view sex/women as a hobby and nothing more. I've let it become the focus of my life and it's extremely counter productive. I now go to the gym because it reduces stress and makes me have functional strength, initially I went to look better but I really don't care much about that aspect anymore.

One problem I have with the Red Pill Philosophy (I don't subscribe to it as an ideology, you should still think for yourself) is that it implies that you should always pursuing women. The problem with this is that sex and relationships sometimes that aren't important for us at certain parts of our life. If you find yourself rarely checking out women, not giving a fuck about the dates you go on, and feeling totally unfulfilled from having sex with new women, it's proof positive that women general…

not having many friends or a social life? honestly yes This is the sad truth. The more people I go out with, the better my nights go for meeting women. Social proof is one of the most powerful factors that can make women more attracted to guys.

That's what I'm saying...my issues run deep enough that by fixing them, my problems with intimacy will naturally be fixed as a result.

Like I said, there are much more pressing issues that I am dealing with than problems with intimacy. Though it can certainly be brought up again.

I've been seeing a psychoanalyst for about 5 months now. While this subject has been breached, in the grand scheme of things it has underlying causes that are far more relevant.

I haven't added any girl I've dated on Facebook in years. If they actually think that it matters to friend them on IG/FB so you can like their photos, they're probably not worth your time.

Well yes that's definitely the case. The problem is that I am successful with women superficially because I'm good looking so all I have to do is have a few drinks and it's a piece of cake. But getting into a really deep relationship has been extremely unsuccessful.

Actually this year I got laid more than any other. At one point I had a couple fuck buddys going strong as well as several ONSs, all of which with the hottest women I've been with to date. Really did nothing for me and this girl was still on my mind as much as ever.

I've never heard that fish oil supports the endocannabinoid system... But yeah I've been taking fish oil supplements for years now. Lately I've been weaning off of them though because I eat a lot of salmon and shellfish.

I take 2000 mg of magnesium glycinate every other night. And yes, anhedonia is the perfect word for what I experience. I rarely even feel sad, there is just a general numbness/haze over everything. Cannabis has been a great tool for enhancing experience, but it's not something I want to become a crutch - I generally only use it a couple times a week and often go on 1-2 month breaks.

I just had them checked out and they were apparently at normal levels. I've been lifting weights consistently for about two years now, have a fairly good diet, and have a good sleep routine. Refuse to take anti depressants.

You're spinning plates and fucking women for some twisted form of external validation...which is why it's not satisfying for you. Oh yeah. I've been seeing a psychoanalyst for several months now and that's something that I pointed out to him recently. Actually a few months ago I had one of the most significant major depressive episodes of my life. That said, over the past month I've started to turn things around and get my shit together - but in the mean time women actually do not feel remotely …

I've had depression for over half my life and one of the biggest symptoms of it for me is anhedonia, which includes my sex drive. I hardly even look at porn anymore and sometimes don't fap for 2 weeks at a time.

I would agree with that. I don't have an intensity to bring because sex often feels like a chore. I am generally pretty dominant though I will pick them up from my couch and carry them into my room, throw them on the bed and holding them down. I have always thought dirty talk was stupid as fuck but I guess I can try it.

I mean, I don't think I'm fantastic but I don't have any reason to believe I'm bad at it. Also, I did notice that the two women who stuck around - I ate them out (which I am damn good at), which may have been part of the reason they stuck around, though I'm certain they were into it the sex in general. Anyway, this may be true. My libido is actually extremely low most of the time, so sex feels laborious and isn't usually very enjoyable for me, so I have no doubt that is effecting my performance.…

I don't have an easy answer for you. Have you ever tried cognitive behavior therapy? You sound like self-aware and I think it might benefit. I don't think CBT is good for real people with significant psychological distress, but for well-rounded people looking to change some aspects of their character, it can be a great tool. If you're introverted then don't try to change that because it's not a bad thing and it's not really changeable. Shyness, on the other hand, is mostly a learned behavior, wh…

The holidays. Biggest bar nights in America is the night before Thanksgiving and New Years Eve. Girls are home to see their families so they are more inclined to wanna get laid due to not being around for long. Plus, it's festive and people are generally in higher spirits.

Bullshit. This time of the year is hands down the best time of year to meet women.

I'm sure if they realized the women in question were overweight, older, and probably ugly, they'd retract their statement.

Wait, what feminists thinks a "real man" pays? I didn't think their double standards were that ridiculous.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
