2	A little bit of discussion: I wanna spark a conversation here. We all should know that sexism exists both ways (I could give examples but you can also think of examples yourself for both parties. Male and Female.) and that there is a lot of miscommunication, hate and anger in both parties. I think the problem is twofold, but mainly rooted in conflict theory 1) Firstly, accadamia has many professorships and departments run by those with similar mindsets, who then hire others with similar mindsets. From this, academic gender theory is largely shaped by a psuedoMarxist philosophy. In this philosophy, all that matters is the historical conflict between two groups for materials.
