Cool, hope his parents put all that money into the "therapy fund".

Hell, you don't even need to go through all that hassle. Leave the kid at a fire station or hospital and they'll take care of adopting it out for you. Not to mention abortion, which even the staunchest pro-lifers will probably agree is at least slightly better than killing a newborn.

Maybe, but I have a tough time wrapping my head around the idea of filicide being a crime of opportunity.

The one thing that will unite feminists and anti-feminists is a mutual distrust and even hatred of male feminists.

That's always been my thought about it. Saying minorities can't be racist to whites is infantilizing. "And then the black guy called me a "cracker". It's hilarious how they think we'd care what they say".

I talked about this somewhere else and if you want to blame anyone, blame men. They get in wrecks more (btw I’m a dude). It’s based off of statistics. See, this is where the bullshit magic of statistics comes in. Men get into more wrecks because they drive significantly more than women. Per mile driven, men and women get into the same amount of wrecks. But do insurance companies set up a proper system where people who drive more get charged more? Of course not, they just overcharge half the popu…

You understand it's possible to have a long-term romantic relationship without getting married, right?

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic.

Shit gets really dangerous in countries where those things overlap. At least for anyone who enjoys any of their mutual hatreds, like sex, porn, or violent media.

It's hard to say something about someone, not to them but about them, that could actually be called any kind of "harassment". Seeing an innocent video and saying "I want to lick that guy's face" is creepy as shit, but not sexual harassment.

A few people were advocating violence, but most of the thread was people saying she should be sued/go to jail and other support like that.

You say it like it was a big deal. It's basically an annual event where a bunch of 14 year old boys (admittedly basically some of the best 14 year old soccer players in the country) trounce the women's Fifa team https://www.cbssports.com/soccer/news/a-dallas-fc-under-15-boys-squad-beat-the-u-s-womens-national-team-in-a-scrimmage/

It's probably just a quirk of translation. I can imagine someone reading a Spanish article of a similar crime taking place in America and going "What the hell is 'household violence'?"

Again. Fear mongering needs to be called out, otherwise people believe it and the world becomes a slightly worse place.

But for you to "hand-wave" another person's apprehension and fears in such a dismissive manner is pretty lousy. No, fear-mongering is pretty lousy. Calling people on their bullshit when they're spouting it in a public forum is the right thing to do. It might hurt the fear-monger's feelings, but it's best to not let that sort of bullshit gain any traction. If you did that in a feminist sub, you would be banned in an instant. Yes, but this is not a feminist sub and there's a reason I avoid those. …

It's not a counter-argument. You're saying she's saying something she simply did not say. There's really no way to argue against that.

Can you read? Is English not your native language? Because that is so very much so not what she's saying I don't even know how to argue with you right now. It's like you're looking at a red wall and calling it blue. You're so very wrong I don't even know how to explain to you how wrong you are.

That is not what it is saying. If that's what you took from it than you're as easily offended by that tweet as the people who were offended by someone saying men aren't garbage, just for different reasons.

I'm publicly endorsing it because I believe men are safer just avoiding them. Not inaccurate, but we'd all be safest if we never drove in cars, ate a kale-based diet (in smoothie form to prevent choking!) and spend as much time as possible in padded rooms. Everything in life requires you look at risk vs. reward and decide if it's worth it, but you seem to have such a giant blind spot with women you've decided the fact that there's any risk means it's not worth it. They aren't worth the risk, the…

Actually, says the guy who was falsely accused by his high school girlfriend and lost nearly every friend he had because of it. Wait, actually, let's pretend I never said that, because it's actually irrelevant. While the rates of false accusations are higher than will be reported by the mainstream media (both because of bias and the impossibility of actually determining those statistics), the odds are still pretty fucking low. Apparently there are about 90,000 reported rapes every year in Americ…

I know, and it's a damn shame. I'd even be willing to bet that MGTOW got its reputation for being a sexist cesspool before it ever became one, and the reputation is what attracted all the shit heads. This is honestly why I don't associate myself with any movements. I lose the ability to sum up my personal beliefs in three words or less, but I don't get held responsible for whatever a bunch of shitheads who share an idea or two with me get up to.

There's the bit where you're actively fear-mongering on a public forum. Do whatever makes you happy, I don't give a fuck, but if you're gonna publicly endorse avoiding women out of fear of a false accusation I'm going to offer a counter-point.

It's an argument with no major flaws in it that can fit in a tweet. Given people's attention spans this is about the best argument you could hope for.

Men going their own way is fine. Society has an idea of how a man "should" live his life and if you're not into finding a girlfriend, marrying her, buying a house, and popping out 2.5 kids while climbing the ranks at your job in an attempt to make as much money as possible, don't. Live your own best life, not the one you're told to. Men Going Their Own Way is an absolutely toxic fucking group that seems to look at radical feminism as the bar to pass for insane gender-relations.

If you're so afraid of false accusations it impacts your ability to find meaningful (or meaningless) relationships then you're as bad as the feminists who try to scare women out of leaving their homes at night.

Or you don't get mad and people go "See, he doesn't even care, I knew he did it". There's no winning when falsely accused of sexual abuse.

Yes. If you ask me if I stole the last cookie from the cookie jar, I'm probably gonna not give a crap whether I did it or not. If you accuse me of stealing your wallet I won't be bothered unless you continue to accuse me after I tell you I didn't do it. However, if you accuse me of something as serious as diddling kids, I'm going to get pretty pissed. Firstly because on a personal level someone is accusing me of being the kind of person who would do that, and on top of that it's the sort of base…

If you accuse someone of something they didn't do, they don't get angry because they have nothing to be angry about. Alright, that's bullshit and we all know it. If someone accused me of, for instance, molesting a child, I'd get pretty fucking pissed, and reasonably so.

Aside from cases where one parent has 100% custody, that shouldn't really matter since both parents are going to be spending a good deal of money taking care of the child.

To be actually fair here, any adjustment to child support or alimony should be based on either party's change in income. Unless OP's job gives an annual raise for inflation this makes no sense.

So basically we're at a point where they've set the bar so unbelievably high that they will be oppressed until violent crime has been completely eliminated.

That all seems silly. If I'm in the hospital I'm going to take whoever they send me. If my doctor or nurse mistreats me or otherwise seems like an idiot I'll request a different one, but beyond that if someone is doing their job well I don't give a fuck about their gender.

Meh. Reenacting and starring in an explicit video of her alleged rape was basically the craziest thing she could do without resorting to a felony. After that anything else just feels so mundane.

This goes both ways Well yeah. Everyone knows that men, in general, are a bunch of unrepentant perverts. The point people in this sub try to make isn't that that's untrue, just that it's not a guy thing, it's a human thing and women are no better.
/r/MensRights11/05/18 01:30 PM

No. Drag queens are men, usually gay but not exclusively, who just want to be fabulous. Typically just on Friday and Saturday nights. Trans people want to live their lives as the opposite gender.

Black. Male. Accused of rape. Open and shut case.
