1	My hands are always cold due to bad circulation, this limits where I can touch girls and is a bit of a problem. Hmmm not sure why coffee isn't classified as a diuretic when caffeine itself is for sure. On my phone so not sure how to post a link but look up caffeine on wikipedia. Says there it has "diuretic properties", it definitely makes you pee more. Regardless I hope drinking more water will help you out! Edit: caffeine is also a vasoconstrictor, meaning it makes your blood vessels more narrow increasing blood pressure, and by proxy decreasing circulation.	/r/seduction	25/01/12 08:05 AM

There is a reason for this, caffeine is a diarrhetic and therefore dehydrates you, therefore the more coffee the worse it gets. The best way to improve circulation is very simple, just drink more water. Recommended intake is two litters per day but I drink at least 4 and I'm never cold. Especially if you workout (sweating dehydrates you) or eat a lot of salty foods. And by water I mean plain and simple water not pop, fruit juice, milk, or any other thing water is in.
