This just doesn’t seem right to me, and it didn’t seem right to the judge either which is why the charges were dismissed. Also, this happened in 2018 when there was no virus. And again, look at all the open seats on that train, she was blocking nobody. If your worried about the hygiene of putting feet on seats you’re really gonna freak out when you realize that people put their asses on them too. Gross right? By all accounts, including the account of the cop that arrested her, she was respectful…

That's a wild imagination you have but a good point nonetheless. The example I used is bad because running around a pool actually endangers people in some scenarios. But can you explain to me who is endangered here? She put up her feet and got comfortable. You can see that the train is not crowded and there are plenty of open seats. Its not like somebody needed to sit there and she refused to put her feet down.
