If you don't care then why did you bother posting?

My dad waited till he was 45 to have kids and get married to my mom who is 15 years his junior. They live an awesome life together. Waiting to have children or "settle down" really frees you up financially to travel, pursue hobbies, or invest in your future. The only constraints you feel are the ones you are creating for yourself.

I agree with you on the importance of boundaries in a relationship or with someone you've been seeing for some time. I was referring to a scenario that involves someone I have only seen once or twice. I don't have a problem meeting women so it's not worth my time getting into an argument or putting my foot down about them being a flake- I just next them and move on.

The thing about calling them out is that you have to be somewhat polite about it or they'll turn it around and play the victim as if you're the bad guy in the situation. It's their ego not wanting to accept responsibility for bad behavior, and a huge red flag personality wise. I never respond with anything other than "k" when a chick flakes. If she reengages later after a BS excuse I'll tell her, "Hey you seem like a cool person and all but I'm not interested in hanging out with people who flake…

Why are you posting this in a seduction forum? Go get your dick checked. Get a subscription for Viagra. Go to a psychiatrist and talk out your issues. You're not going to be successful with women with this on your mind.

Refreshing to see some original content on this sub after all the 'boo hoo woe is me I'm a loser' low self esteem posts I've seen recently.

If you already asked her to be in a relationship and she told you "maybe" or "one day" then take the hint. You sound really young, in a hurry to lock this chick down into a relationship, and your post comes across as needy. Take a step back, enjoy the casual sex, and stop confiding in your mutual friend about your feelings. Why would you want to pressure anyone into being in a relationship with you? I certainly wouldn't want a "maybe" as my girlfriend.

The girl went out of her way multiple times to try and make plans with you, not only at the bar, but via text later after she asked YOU for your number. You were obviously doing something right, but you didn't commit, and when you did finally respond to her text a day later it was with a weak "Plans today?" instead of with a definitive plan for action. Were you playing hard to get or something? Why didn't you just say "Fuck yes we should totally hang out tomorrow." She probably woke up the next …

There is nothing in this post that has anything to do with self improvement or seduction.

You're 6 feet tall and concerned about your height?

Nice FR man. What bars/clubs did you visit? I used to live on Front and Market St. in the gaslamp so I'm curious.

Unfortunately, seddit advice (outside of this subreddit) tends to get downvoted into oblivion even when it is appropriate. I admire your willingness to help, but sometimes you just have to shake your head and move on.

If it is an actual gift card (and not a certificate) it is unlikely that she will be able to tell distinguish the difference between it and an ordinary credit card if you're smooth about it.

I'm interested in knowing why you don't push for the kiss on the first interaction. Is this to present an image of class and stave off her potential negative feelings of "making out with that random dude" the day after? I'm not disagreeing with you at all, just genuinely curious. By the way, that 4th bullet point is absolute gold.

What are your thoughts behind the flowers and champagne? I had assumed that doing this would be qualifying to the girl. I can see how the champagne demonstrates class when everyone else is ordering beer, but the flowers caught me off guard.

First of all, take a moment and analyze your motivations here. With all due respect, your first paragraphs just screams desperation, and this is going to subtlety affect your game whether you think it will or not. Sure, it's fine to want a girlfriend, but for that to be your underlying goal is somewhat misguided. Pick up is less about "conquest" and more about self improvement than anything. Your personal goals should revolve around this and not finding the perfect girl. This progression happens…

As someone who is not particularly fond of excessive displays of public affection, I would suggest whispering something provocative in his ear. Depending on the environment, which sounds fun, energetic, etc. with his friends present, the two of you can share intimacy privately and have it be your "little secret" until the end of the evening.

Hey man, approaching is the first step, and a lot of guys never even make it that far. The fact that you're keeping a positive outlook after bombing that hard says volumes about your attitude. Keep it up, follow the good advice here and elsewhere, and you can only improve. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
