I would argue that simply saying, "no", whilst laughing is usually acceptable. Depends on the request.

My dude, as someone who has been fired for fucking a 19 year that worked for me, I can say that it is 100% NOT worth it. Also, you have WAY more to lose than I do. EVERYONE finds connections with women at inconvenient times. It's not special, it just happens. We are humans. You need to take a step back and think about what's important to you. You have given us plenty of great RP lessons prior to this, don't ignore your own as advice (as hard as it is as a man).

I realize this; however, there is still a huge stigma behind it for a lot of people. He's a good person, I just would hate to see it bite him in the ass later. Lots of people would nope the fuck out of that once you tell them.

I'll do you one better. I had a 6'3 batman ass looking stud of a friend who met a tatted whore on Tinder. I attempted to warn him, as we all know the signs. He ends up dating her (still is). 3 months in she spills that she used to be very sexual (I'm guessing in the 20s at least) and at one point caught chlamydia. During this whole time she has never blown him (still hasn't by the way). Another month passes, and my bro has oral herpes. She claimed that she didn't know he would catch it because s…

All of Rollo Tomassi's work (he has a new book coming as well) No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert A. Glover The Way of Men - Jack Donovan How to Win Friends and Influence People - Dale Carnegie I found these books helped me the most. I would also recommend searching for the Book of Pook online. If you're familiar with Rian Stone, I believe he is working on something too. I'm anticipating that one.

This is just restating shit that's on the side bar. Don't hold these men's hands. If they don't want to read it (sidebar) then they need to learn the hard way anyway. Every dude does.

There was an article someone posted a bit back that had to do with this. An attractive young man pretended to be a pedo, and he ended up getting a lot of attention from women and his past was ignored. Not to mention his tinder profile mentioned this with 0 shame. Very interesting read. Solid post btw, I hope the new guys check it out.

I'm not going to weigh in on the sub-argument here, but I'll say this: As someone who attends a liberal college, I would KILL for a professor with the amount of balls Peterson has. A lot of you don't realize how bad it is until you get a dosage of college Feminazi rhetoric right to the dome.

Something for you new guys to notice: The married woman's loyalty is greater for her friend (who is in a 5 year LTR, who's also wanting to cheat) than her husband. Women protect the coven. Always. Do NOT forget this in your dealings, it will save you trouble.

I've found rewording the advice to an objective view makes things easier for BPs to absorb. I've done this with success multiple times. Avoid the active criticism, lest you hurt their feels. It's all about technique. If they still won't absorb it, then let them live their lives in ignorance, and eventually misery with a nagging hag.

I feel like the deep explanations (the irony) help the ducklings who can't do this stuff naturally, which by the way ducklings, if you're reading this then go practice. You'll probably be awkward at first, but take it from a former incel, just go do it. It works out eventually.

I don't know what bullshit gym you go to, but I'd find a new one if this doesn't get squared up. I've been a part of my gym for years now, and I have dealt with bullshit from random people who don't matter. Never, and I mean never, has anyone approached me on form. What happened to you was definitely some twilight zone shit, and should be fought with zeal. I'm expecting an update post.

My current workout partner is weak as fuck, but as long as he keeps up on helping load/deload and hit the set when I tell him, then it's fine. If he's being a bitch then I put him in timeout (ghost him on workouts and go when -I- want). I always get mine bro.

I've been listening to you guys on my 45 minute drive to class, and it's really opening up my life a lot more than reading forum posts. I've been watching some of Hansen's stuff too. I highly recommend the 21 network to anyone looking for "pod cast" like stuff to listen to on long drives or to kill time. Hearing top men speak is more powerful than reading to me.

5'6 guy here who's strong AF. Things I've noticed for you aspiring jacked short people. The only men who try to "alpha" me are tall and quite large. Also, they don't really give a fuck. They don't care about you. It's in your head. Most just joke with me, but have mutual respect. Gym bros. Lighten up. I've had a 5'10 HB8 all over my dick (has a chunky, submissive fiance btw). As someone who has eaten a girl out on her period, it's simply a matter of how bloody she is. The girl I had tasted a little iron-y, but it wasn't that bad; however, I would not have done it if she was flowing.

I would like to add that a lot of this clean diet doesn't mean no greasy foods. It largely means no processed bullshit. I'm in the middle of a cut, and I always go Keto for my cuts. Anyway, my point is that I eat food with lots of grease. My skins is pretty perfect. Rarely get acne. If you want to eat pizza, then do it once in a great while or make your own damn pizza (which is fucking awesome btw).

If you're in a LTR, and don't talk to your significant other about someone close to you dying, then you likely have problems. To say all women think "why did he tell me this?" is absurd. I realize all women can be AWALT, but god damn bro. That's a stretch.

Just remember to stay objective when you are looking at any woman. Unicorns don't exist. The idea is to get as close as possible. All women have flaws; it just depends on how many and what they are. Don't let anything cloud your unbiased judgement.

Second this. I was once 335 lbs and now I'm 190. I'm working my way down to 160-165. I started training fasted 2x a day 5 days a week, and then I also cut out carbs from my dinner. I only eat 1800 cals a day, but because so much of it is protein and fat I'm always (at the least) retaining my muscle. I get stronger too.

I've been putting it off because it's so vomit inducing. I plan on doing it tomorrow just to get it out of the way. Child of a mother who divorced my father when I was young here. I was raised to believe my father was a douche bag to my mom when I was young, and that's why they got divorced. Well, I got older and talked to my dad. My mom was fucking crazy at times too. He's not perfect, but yes, she played the victim card to the max. This is an excellent post. I think this is something all of us should keep in mind, but I know there are people here that do want children if they A. find an acceptable woman and B. have the stability to provide for one. That's the problem with society today. We have a lot of unstable, moronic families producing idiots who are fed disgusting "food" and lies about how the world works. If you seek a family life down the road, do it responsibly and make sure you can provide for them and yourself. A…

The best part of this video is when she makes the most valid, logical point about withdrawing consent and the black chick just goes "uh, you're kind of acting like a twelve year old." I laughed so hard at this. Translation "You're attacking my beliefs with logic and reason, but I have no way to rebuttal using the same tactics. Therefor, I'm going to call you a child, and children don't have valid adult opinions." What a stupid bitch. Shit like this pisses me off, but I can't help but laugh too.

People live in ignorance, and when they see motivation posts like this it attempts to shatter veil. They want to be lazy and are perfectly fine with that, but when someone else tries to be something more they have to discredit it in an attempt to justify their own lackluster lives. Finally, someone I can relate to. I finished my first year of college, and living with my RM was OK until he started eating. Dude would just chomp to holy living fuck any time he ate. A lot of people on here express concern in regards to this sub getting banned, but until highly offensive subs start getting censored I think we are safe. If you are interested in anything (no matter what) don't be afraid to ask those who with more knowledge than you. As the common saying around here goes "kill your ego". You're never going to be the smartest person in the room until you recognize that you aren't. Plus people are vain as fuck and love being recognized in this way. It builds you allies and expands your wealth of useful information. Eventually, because you took the time to learn from your betters, you become the master.

It's hard to tell where I'll end up because I'm stilling working my way down in weight, but it looks like I have that "V" shape. I've never really done anything but core lifts either. I agree with this somewhat, but would add something. When I'm with my friends, it depends on what we are doing. If we are doing something where another one of my bros in my group is the de-facto expert, then he becomes the alpha or leader for whatever activity is taking place. This just makes the most sense. You don't want someone who's never held a gun in his life leading a squadron of soldiers, just like you don't want someone who never goes outside leading a hiking expedition. With women; how…

You can suppress whatever you want if you choose to suppress it. Everyone has feelings that are deemed awful by society, but it's up to you to decide which ones you deem awful yourself. Facing these "awful" tendencies requires strength of character. Going forward with this guy you claim to love, you must keep in mind that your marriage is forever. No LTR is perfect. Monounsaturated fats are good too, and you will get a lot of these when you consume polyunsaturated fats. This guy is definitely right though. It is also worth noting that monounsaturated fats lower your BAD cholesterol and polyunsaturated fats lower both. Both of them are the healthy fats. They are often found in peanut butter, various nuts, olive oil, etc etc. Read your nutrition labels. Saturated fat is good too, but not in excessive amounts.

When I joined my gym ages ago I was nothing. Eventually I befriended 3 of the strongest guys in there. I asked them for advice and they gave it to me. They then proceeded to tell me how they noticed me cutting a lot of weight and building muscle. Almost 2 years later and I'm 335 to 201 currently, and I'm …

Pretty good knowledge. I would also make it known that this is typically per LEAN pound of mass, not all mass. Take me for example, I've been working my way down from 335 for almost 2 years. I weigh 204 atm, but my lean mass is somewhere around 160 lbs (I'm 5'6). Every day I strive to get 160 grams of protein, or more if I can. Hard to do at college, but not too hard. I work out 5 days a week, and generally stay around 100 or lower carbs per day. I hear you want carbs if you are trying to gain t…

I do these, but currently only twice a day. How often do you recommend them? 10 "reps" each time. Hold 5 slow seconds, release 5 slow seconds.

I'm hoping his son will give it a go in 2016. He's not the same, but he's the only one I can really think of I'd want running the country. God help us if Hillary wins.

I'd like to request a sticky somewhere if at all possible. Maybe even side bar. This post is fucking awesome. Really hits home on the perfect balance of being a baller by getting shit done or "building the kingdom" (perfect name for a link) and getting women. I for one am bookmarking this shit. Great read to get motivated.

This is HILARIOUS. Her body language gives away EVERYTHING. Before TRP I would have never been able to read this, but now it's like women are crystal clear. I feel like I've moved on from the anger phase, but am now in what I call the vertigo phase. Shit is surreal.

There is wisdom in this, but I think it's a good idea to remind people that you should also choose your battles. If I can bite my tongue in the moment, but later can use my knowledge in the future to destroy my "enemy" why not do so? Sometimes patience can be the stronger outcome. It is true that we must piss people off though, something I'm grateful to this sub for. I have less friends these days, but the people around me respect me. Women do take notice too. Anyway, balance in all things. Use …

This. I play WoW, but yesterday after my classes I went and worked out, showered, and took care of my other business before the casual raid we had that night. I raid 6 hours a week, just enough to clear on the new non-hardcore difficulty. Balance in all things. If you can't control yourself, then yes, you should quit. If you are blowing off important people for video games, then yes you should quit. I would like to point out, that sometimes you don't want to be around people IRL, and that it's g…

I hate deadlifts, don't do them. Kept getting shin splints. Not about it. Squats are boss though, I def recommend them and bench press (or dumbbell press). I don't feel deadlift is needed personally. I think two mins between sets is a shit load of time too. I'd shoot for 1 min or 1.5 at most. Push yourself.

As a new comer, and aspiring Alpha, I enjoyed this post. I was getting really tired of people calling others "beta ass bitches" or replying with "lol beta lol" because they disagreed with them. You can really tell who's worth a fuck because when they are honest they do it in a respectable way.

Maybe try building core muscles and try almond oil. Did a lot of research today and apparently rubbing almond oil on lose skin helps. I don't know how extreme your case is, but mine is barely stretched still so I'm going to observe the results.

This is generally what I do. I work out, but I eat a lot as well. I've been slowly losing weight recently, and I think it's mitigated a lot of damage. I'm going to start using almond oil on the areas where the skin is slightly stretched too (supposedly this is super helpful). I try to avoid unhealthy protein, but sometimes I eat it because it's all that's in the cafeteria (burger patties and stuff, but I don't add buns--just onions and a bit of BBQ sauce on top).

Definitely working on that. I lift and get as much protein as I can. I'm living in a dorm until next semester, but then I should have more control. I supplement with powder and shakes for the time being.

I already eat like that, so that's good. I've been doing as Keto as I can for a while now. It's a bit harder with college food, but I'm going back home for school soon so that should get a lot easier. I discovered Keto a few months ago and dropped 20-30 lbs like it was nothing. As for cardio, so I should do light cardio? I've been slamming my ass because I thought it would help. Thanks for the help and any future posts.

How many carbs is acceptable? I'm guessing I eat around ~100g a day atm. Can go up or down from there I guess, but not much. I'm at college, so I work with what I can get.

I didn't say I wasn't looking, I just don't want to hit on every hot girl I see. I'm also in the process of finishing my diet too, so there's that. I've lost 128 lbs so far and I want to lose another 35-40. I guess that's probably an excuse, but I need full confidence in my appearance. I guess it's hard to break through the threshold when you haven't dated in 3 years. I'm starting to get looks from chicks, but then I always second guess it and say "oh she just looked at me briefly" in my head. A…

I'm new here, but I'm not all that interested in slaying pussy. TBH I want a gf who I can have fun with in college and fuck. Is that so wrong? Is that oneitis? Fuck if I know, but constantly chasing ass seems lame to me, and I'd rather focus on improving myself and putting time into one chick. If she isn't worth my time, then next, but spreading myself around doesn't really appeal. People want different things.

Thanks for the wisdom. At the moment I've just been focusing on school and my productive hobbies mostly. Inner self as well (Mainly lots of practicing TRP mentalities like holding frame and body language, although I feel like I can always improve. It's hard to change over night). Trying to finish my diet (128 lbs out of 170). The anger kind of drives me for some reason, but at the same time I straight up ignore women. Odd thing is, I find them glancing my way a lot, but I can't really figure out…

I'm a newbie, and I'm wondering...how long does the anger phase typically last? I feel like I'm definitely in it, but it's calming somewhat. I am super grateful for this sub though. I've done nothing but improve my life since I came here.

I ended up flaking on them so it's whatever, wasn't looking at it like that no worries. Group was getting too big for my tastes. Apparently I'm about to be "hunted down" by her, two bros warned me. I'll eat lunch/dinner with them in the caf, but she's pretty much always surrounded by people and busy. She's my RA as well. Anyway, I'll keep feeling out the situat…
