2	As a male teacher, what is like working with female teachers? Try to stop using the word kiddos. That is a 100% feminized/feminine term to describe their classroom babies. I never refer to them as that. When asked always change and rephrase " how are your kiddos today?" "I dont have kiddos, I have students...is that who you are referring to?"
